The McMillan Inn was wonderful! I stayed in the Abercorn room and it had a beautiful, comfortable four-poster bed with really soft sheets. Breakfast every morning was delicious and the location of the Inn was wonderful. I highly recommend McMillian Inn!

Stairs are steep from the street to the main level and from the main level to the second floor. Beautiful antiques everywhere!

Hubby and I enjoyed a relaxing getaway to Savannah at this beautiful B & B. We stayed in the Oglethorpe Room which was larger than a normal hotel room. It had a private patio on the street level where enjoyed our morning coffee (in room Keurig machine). We enjoyed both breakfast and chatting with our fellow travelers at the communal tables. The only breakfast seating when we were there at the end of October was at 9:15 which was a little late for us since we're early risers but probably ok for most vacationers.

Review or McMillan Inn. When I say decadence at a deal, I mean it. The McMillan Inn is superb when it comes to rooms, lobbies, customer service, and beyond! The dining areas for the bed and breakfast are ornately decorated, not to mention the breakfast is intricately unique, each serving is spectacular. I'm currently sitting in the courtyard by the pool, celebrating my second anniversary with a lucky fellow whom I started dating two years ago. We've throughly enjoyed our three night stay. If you decide to take my advice, come here, to McMillan Inn if you want to find a hidden gem in the historical district of Savannah. You will not regret it, not one bit.

This place was beautiful, the decorating and personal touches they add to every room in the house is why you need to stay here. Sweet couple who own it and does she ever make the best cookies! They had a few open rooms so they upgraded us to an amazing King room. We were only in Savannah for one day but when we return this is where we will stay.

Just arrived for our 30th anniversary trip and we were met with a bottle of champagne, rose petals on the bed and chocolate kisses under our wine glasses. What a nice surprise! We are staying I. The carriage house which was super clean and takes you back in time. We have a jetted tub in our bedroom plus a seated bar area, fireplace and a full kitchen. Outside is a patio with a small pool. It seems quiet and the perfect place to get away in Savannah. We are a few blocks from the river, a block from a beautiful square and a block to Kroger's. So lovely! Melissa and David are so kind and they are even making a special gluten free breakfast fo me including gluten free pancakes! I feel at home already! I'll update on Monday to let you know how it goes but what a grand start!

We stayed here for 1 night and wished it had been more! The house is charming, rooms comfortable and the Hosts outstanding! .... And oh the breakfast.... It was brother and his girlfriend's first time in a BnB and the standard was so high. Courtyard was welcoming and perfect for enjoying an after dinner drink and great conversation about our day! Easy walk into town, restaurants and anything SCAD

We absolutely LOVE this place!!! The hosts, Eric and Melissa are the sweetest couple! They are so accommodating. Everything about this home is wonderful...the rooms are spotless, the staff is wonderful, the breakfast is amazing!!! Book a room and enjoy Savannah!

If I could give this Inn more than 5 stars, I would. What an amazing, magical place. What sets this inn apart is the people. They always greet you with a smile, some history of Savannah or assistance with any travel plans. They recommend the trolly tour and once we decided, they set up everything for us! A shuttle met us at the front door, they gave us our tickets, a map & once the tour was over a shuttle brought us right back. Breakfast is AMAZING! Delicious home cooked meals, with fruit, yogurt, tea, coffee & always a delicious desert after. If you are in Savannah, staying here is a MUST! we will absolutely be back. Thank you to the staff for such a wonderful experience and wonderful memories.

Plus the evening cookies were a delightful surprise. Of course the star of the show is breakfast from 8-10am. You can order anything off the menu. We split the syrniki (pancakes) and two egg breakfast. Also a side of bacon and fruit. Yum! I had the matcha latte this time and it was great too. Good thing Forsyth Park was close by to walk off the itis before our drive home. Shout out to the staff working on 12/19 - 12/20 for making our short stay wonderful!

Not only was the breakfast so nicely made and prepared, but there were contestant drinks, coffee, wine, snacks and desserts 24/7 for the taking. Amazing oatmeal white chocolate chip crasin cookies I died for. One thing is I wished the time for breakfast was longer. It is served 8:30-9:30am. Hoped it would be longer than an hour. I recommend they extend it to 10am or make it a full 2 hours 8-10am. A slight extension I think would give guests more time and it definitely is the highlight of the stay. The building is historic and you can feel it when you walk around the building. The rooms were recently renovated for furniture, but they retain the historic feel to them. The bed here was very comfortable and I got a great rest here. The bathroom was also renovated and was very clean. I came here with a large party and we booked a few rooms and everyone loved it here. My son and his family had a suite with a balcony. Their room's balcony entrance was from the window. I think this is the first time I saw this setup. There was breakfast service here as well. When you come in, you sit down and right away a waitress came with a paper menu. You would fill in what you would like for breakfast and within a few minutes they brought out the food. The menu options were excellent, they had grits, oatmeal, eggs, yogurt, bacon, bagels, bread, fruit and a few more items. The breakfast really filled me up for the day. The service here was phenomenal. We arrived very late due to a delayed flight and they had an attendant at the front desk who checked us in and had a friendly attitude.
