He not only teaches them the proper techniques of tennis, but also allows them to dabble into other sports during his lessons when he feels the kids can benefit from it. The technical instruction is outstanding, whether you're brand new to jiu jitsu or preparing for any level of competition. Safety is always the top priority, but the training is still tough and pushes you to improve every day. What really sets this gym apart is the culture. It truly feels like a family. Coach Dustin invests in the people who invest in their training. He traveled with me to competitions, gave his time outside of normal class hours, and was always willing to help me improve. That level of dedication is hard to find. One thing I always appreciated was that class didn't just end because the clock hit a certain time. If people were still getting rounds in, Coach Dustin would stay until everyone finished unless he genuinely had somewhere to be. It showed how much he cared about giving his students every opportunity to train. I left Las Vegas because of a move, and leaving this academy was the hardest part. I made lifelong friends here and became a much better grappler because of Coach Dustin and everyone at Kuleana/Cobrinha GV. She started out in the Parents…read moreand Me 1 class, which has the parents in the water with the child, and graduated two levels into the Guppies class, which has the child with just an instructor in the class. We have had her in a variety of class size types, and they have never felt like the ratio of students to teachers was overwhelming. She has changed teachers a few times, but all seem to be knowledgeable. Her favorites have been coach Avery, coach Taj, and coach Dani. Water Wings is located off of Horizon Ridge and Green Valley in a pretty large space. They have a large, three lane pool, and a small baby pool. The large pool is broken up into different sections for the various classes and same for the baby pool. There are 7 showers to rinse off before and after class and even include soap/shampoo. There are a number of changing rooms and restrooms for anyone to use. There is a viewing room for family and friends to watch students swim as well as seating inside the pool area. We are going to continue taking her here even after we are comfortable with he swimming level, as she has learned other good life skills beyond being able to swim.

They were so gracious and explained everything so nicely to me while my son was so excited and nervous. They told me that I didn't need to apologize for having to wonder off mid sentence to bring my son back to me & you could just tell they meant it. I seriously have never had such a great experience with my son. Cannot say enough amazing things about this establishment and the young ladies working there.
