Our compliments on the excellent work by the technician who visited us to install the shower door (apologies - I did not write down his name). He did an overall fantastic job, start to finish, earning a 100/100. He is competent, professional, and courteous. He answered all our questions patiently and stayed focused on the job without rushing it. Notably, the final cleanup was so thorough! Earlier, the person who visited us for the estimation and measurement was equally good- very knowledgeable! The office personnel who handle the scheduling are very responsive and understanding of our (customers') changing needs and priorities. They spent two hour putting the awning together. One guy was watching while other guy was putting it together. I wish they told me about this, because I could have put the awning together myself before they came out. Another note, one guy went out to buy something, he took about 30-45 minutes to Home Depot. Given that why would the other guy who was sitting around was billing for the hour, not working. The hourly rate is very miss leading. I would never hire these guys, they will charge alot of money. Robert was personable and seemed competent to do electrical work, painting, and the laying of flooring in my unit. Most of the electrical work was satisfactory. The painting was not only unskillful and sloppy; in a matter of months a portion had bubbled. Moreover, for parts of the bathroom, the wrong kind of paint was used. Additionally, there was paint splatter on furniture, mirrors, and new flooring. In some areas, where the carpeting had to be removed, it was fragmented, leaving pieces where the new flooring should have been laid. Some edges and corners of the new flooring were patched and incomplete. The entire job, though quoted as taking two to three weeks, took well over a month. In trying to get issues resolved, I was left with a bigger headache. Finally, for the sake of my sanity, I had to let it go. I'm at fault for not doing my due diligence, and left to deal with the consequences.
