Fortunately my wife was with me that day and was likewise impressed with the picture quality. So when I suggested that we get one for my Christmas present, she was on board. I ordered a 55 inch 4k set online and the order was filled and delivered by Best Buy. I decided to call them and see if they could set it up for me. I assumed that they would direct me to the Geek squad that is affiliated with Best buy. I expected to be around $100. Instead I was directed to Hello Tech. This was on Friday and they were able to get me an appointment for Sunday. And cost was less than I expected at 79 dollars. Sunday the tech arrived on time and got me set up quickly and efficiently. I now have my TV and Blu Ray player hooked up and I have eliminated all the stress and aggravation of trying to do it myself. I am dangerous to myself with tools. So if you need help with your TV or computer I highly recommend Hello Tech. They are reasonably priced and reliable and really know their stuff
