Long story short, hire him!! McShane is not only amazing (and quick) at what he does, but he's so kind and polite. Long story version, we've moved quite a bit as we grew out of our two bedroom duplex to our three bedroom townhome and now to our forever home. First and foremost this is not a negative review, just constructive criticism and a learning experience as a customer. Emmett came to my home today to mount two TV's. Originally it was going to be three but after further discussion with my wife we decided to just have two TV's mounted. At first, (on April 29th) with three TV's and molding to hold the wires Emmet quoted me $450. He also let me know that it would be $50 a piece for each flat mount if I didn't have my own. So it would have brought my total to $600. Once my wife and I decided that we now only wanted two TV's mounted, I asked Emmet on May 20th how much it would be and he quoted me $500. Aside all of that Emmet came to my home and mounted both TV's and did a fantastic job on them! After the work was completed, I asked Emmet what do I owe him and he said $400 before taxes and fees. Which brought my total to $429 and some change. I paid Emmet that price and the job was finished from there. I thanked Emmet once again for coming out to do the job which he replied he appreciated me for choosing his company. Moments later he texted me that he charged me $100 less than what he quoted me and asked if he could send me a link or if I could Venmo him or Apple Pay him. I replied with how I thought the pricing was totaled up and thought that we were charged $400 as a blessing. He admitted to making a mistake and broke down how he prices his services. He informed me that he would just accept the mistake and "eat it". All in all, Emmet has a great mounting service and I have no complaints as to how the TV's were mounted. I would just note that in future, Emmet list the prices of his services somewhere so that way the customer and merchant are on the same page. read more
