On Saturday we noticed our dryer making a loud noise as it was spinning. We were too busy to look for someone on the weekend so hubby called on Monday. Sene came and took a look and told him that he will return the next day to repair. Hubby gave him $100 for a deposit and they returned the next day. Hubby was home to meet them since he finishes work before I do. When I got home from work they were finishing up as I saw some of the parts being cleaned up and in the process of being put together. Super quality work and cleaned up after themselves. Very respectful of our property and all around nice guys. After the work was done the total we paid was $341 but with the initial deposit we paid $241. Well worth it. Our dryer is back in operation and we are happy. Sene was awesome, we called for dryer lint cleaning and they accomadated us on the same day. explained situation to Sene, he went right to work and found out the real problem of the dryer. Apparently it was not due to lint buildup, but the drain pump was not working and the belt was shredding. Purchased a double wall oven from Lowe's, who NO longer provides installation! Another repairman referred me to Junior at All in 1 Services. Called Junior on a Monday, to request if they do installation services. Explained my predicament, sent Junior pics. He came out the next day, Tuesday to assess the situation! What I thought was almost impossible or going to be awfully expensive, Junior said he was sure they could adjust the wall cabinet to fit the oven in. He & Jonathan returned a couple of hours later that same day, and went to work. They even did the electrical work that needed to be done! Cut the existing shelf and dropped it down 1 1/2" AND cut & adjusted the face of the cabinet drawer below the double oven. In about 3 hours, it was done! Upon testing the oven, the circuit breaker tripped, so it was necessary to return the next day to replace the very old circuit breaker in the panel. Due to the setup in my condo the dryer had to be side vented and the dryer also has a turbo steam feature which requires a cold water line to also be connected to the dryer. Very knowledgeable about what they do and done with quality and reasonable pricing. Just moved into a new place and they serviced our washer, dryer, and fridge. Down to earth guys with a good time frame in getting things fixed. Washer had moldy parts and smelled bad, they came 1 day checked it out and returned a day later to change out the parts and make sure it worked properly. Dryer was messed up too, needs a new part so they'll be returning to fix. Freezer handle had been previously glued on by the previous tenant and fallen off a couple days after we moved in. Thank goodness we didn't go buy glue and do the same as the last people did because they told my husband theres a way to reattach without gluing it and fixed it. I used this company in april to repair my maytag washer ....I explained it works fine except between cycles it makes this tapping sound pretty loud then after a while it moves to the next cycle They said your actuator needs to be changed ...so I had it done .... LAbor no matter 15 mins or and hour is 200.00 which I thought was pretty high ....but wanted it fixed Today July It's still making this sound ......I did not notice it cause the washer is in the garage and it doesn't make that noise before washing ..it makes this noise after wash cycle So I called and told them the washer is still making the same noise, I thought it was repaired in April .....They looked it up and said oh if its the same problem ........your warranty will cover it ........ They came yesterday charging me a diagnostic fee.....bouncing the washer drum up and down up and down saying it was the shocks ....??? really ? it's the same noise as in April They said they would call me with an est. well I put a load in last night so I could record the spins cycle and record the noise ........absolutely no vibration on SPIN and the noise was loud prior to spin with no movement waiting to spin to start .. I sent the video to them saying I know it's not the shocks They offered to come today and recheck it telling me it was the same actuator installed in APRIL .....so I thought ok it's covered .......WAIT !!! get this no it's not sorry warranty is 30 days and I pass the 30 days ........REALLY I was told if it was the same problem I am covered ? WAIT ......I looked it up warranty on actuator by whirlpool and I have the box the part came in from APRIL ...WARRANTY is ONE YEAR - but they warrant it only for 30 days ? I asked for my 75.00 fee I paid yesterday and DECIDED to not have it replaced cause they NOW want me to pay for a new part this has been a nightmare PLEASE check around ........be sure to ask what the fees are and their labor charge .......wow I can't believe this is happening with no guilt read more

The technicians came out and did a diagnostic on my Bosch 800 microwave/convection oven, quickly diagnosed the problem and helped me shop for the best price on a replacement part. Fortunately, a part was available locally and they came back just a couple days later to replace the part. The oven was 7 years old so out of warranty and the original control board was no longer being sold but the techs were able to replace the panel with the new part. Both techs were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Sene answered all my questions regarding the parts and provided details of pricing/cost up front and proper invoice for the repair. We paid for the part price up front and the rest following completion of repair. My wife was also really impressed how they were mindful to walk around the living room carpet to enter the kitchen even after removing shoes at the front door. I've used this company before and they have been great. But recently I had an issue with my garbage disposal. So I called and set up a date and time for them to come out to take a look. Additionally I asked if they could fix a few outlets for me when they came. My original appointment, they never showed. So I got in touch with JR (the owner) who said he would be able to send someone later in the day. Then, that time came and went, no one showed. So I got back in touch asking that we set up a new date and time. That time also came and went- no show. I got in touch with JR again, he then set up another time for his guys to come. They finally came after the 3rd date and time change, (not to mention multiple medical appointment changes and personal calendar adjustments in order to make these times). Although they were able to fix the outlet that was out, they were not successful with fixing the garbage disposal and told me that I would need a new one. I then set out to get a new one at Home Depot and decided I would also get a new sink installed after I asked JR id he and his team would beable to install this sink along with the disposal. He agreed that it could be done, so purchased everything that was needed and brought it home. I had to wait over the Memorial Day weekend but was told that they could come over at 9:00 am this Tuesday (today) to take care of the instillation. Again, no one came. I am a very busy person and cannot sit around all day waiting on a company that may or may not show up. I would not recommend this company to anyone if they don't have days and days to waist. I called them for a diagnostic appointment because my washer was leaking. They were able to give me an appointment the very next day. They came and ran some tests and showed me what was wrong. They said my drain pump needed to be replaced and showed me how the water wasn't draining and was causing the leak. I was afraid that the part was going to take time to come in, but they have a warehouse with parts in stock and was in luck that the part was at their warehouse. Our Kenmore clothes dryer stopped heating. We had Sears home warranty. I got thru their menu and a repair shop was assigned the job. I noted that the selected vendor had a rating of "1". I called Sears to request a change. They cancelled the job but no service to take on the repair. I called a friend who recommended All-in-One Service. I called to schedule on Saturday and on Monday morning 2 techs came on time. Diagnosed the problem. Had the parts on hand. Gave me the repair cost and finished the job in about 40 minutes. Sene and Awa were excellent techs. Did the job professionally and cleaned up when the job was done. Checked to be sure the dryer was working. I was cleaning my refrigerator when I noticed a burning smell. Normally, I'd be calling my husband to tell him that he needs to fix it when he comes home, but he was working off island. I called two other businesses before calling All In 1 Services. One business sent me straight to voicemail, the other one sent me a text saying they couldn't talk now, but they never bothered to call me back. Thankfully, All In 1 Services answered their phone. I spoke with Junior who told me they could come out today to do a consultation. Junior came out and took a look at my refrigerator. I told him that there was a burning smell so I had unplugged my refrigerator. We plugged it back in and the smell came back. Being a female, I didn't understand everything or remember all the terminology that he used, but he told me what to keep an eye out for, for about an hour. He told me that if the smell wasn't gone, what the problem could be and that they would have to order the part. He explained what the charge would be for labor and gave me an estimate of how much the part could cost. He then told me how much the consultation charge was and said that if repair was needed, the consultation charge would be deducted from the repair and labor charges. What a deal!!! When I checked back on my fridge, the burning smell was gone, as he said it would be, and the temperature was where it was supposed to be at. And thankfully, I don't have to buy a new fridge. I'm so happy that I found All In 1 Services. Junior was very professional and courteous. As a female, I feel like some technicians tend to take advantage of us because we don't know or understand what is wrong with appliances or how to fix it. I did not feel this way with Junior. Whirlpool washer stopped working mid cycle, one month after the 1year warranty ended...of course! I tried going online to the store I originally purchased it from but was given a 3 week wait time. Then I remembered these guys...they came and fixed our ice dispenser a few years ago! They came by the very next day, diagnosed the issue within 20minutes, and the part was ordered. The part took about one week to come in, but they fixed it in maybe 20minutes and I was so relieved their first guess was correct...that was the problem! $167 for the part and $180 to repair it....working like a champ! *tip, confirm their phone number when they ask you to text them your info/address. The google phone number forwards calls to them but they dont get text messages to that number. They come as soon as they can (plus!) which means they might not come at the originally scheduled time...understandable, since some issues are unpredictable. Give them a shot, just make sure your schedule is pretty flexible. read more

A month ago our whirlpool washing machine died. We wanted to try and have it repaired vs replaced since it was the old school type. The kine with an agitator without a lid lock. Anywho, my husband found these guys and gave them a ring and they were able to come by the same day to check it out. Multiple problems were discovered...basically it wasn't worth fixing. Instead of charging us a $60 fee they only charged $20. How nice. Very efficient and to the point and without charging an arm and a leg..yes I once got charged $120 for a plumber to show up 2 hours late, and then spend 5 minutes to figure out he can't do a repair. Anywho, we bought a new washing machine. When we went to turn off water supply in our "water control box" we noticed a leak in the main pipe that leads to all the other valves. Great. Now we gotta find a plumber. My husband called these guys again too see if they could help. And apparently they do plumbing as well. Junior himself came to the house this time.
