They called in their master tech, he came in with a condescending tone he questioned me about my system and how I wanted the system to run. The master tech unplugged some wires and said the receiver is broke and he can't do anything else about it. They charged me $224 for that. So I was sold a broken receiver for $380 and $224 to confirm it was broken, a $604 dollar loss. They said , "call us when you get a new receiver." I asked, will you install it for what I paid today? We were looking for a clean look with no visible wires. Long story short I learned that Chad, the owner at Pueo, was also a Sony dealer and I decided to upgrade to 75" Sony XBR TV for the living room and had the existing TV mounted in a bedroom directly behind the living room wall which worked out perfectly. As part of the deal they also wall-mounted a 72" floating shelf below the new Sony XBR 75. I got the shelf from Amazon (Chad's recommendation). Everything turned out perfectly. No wires! They made sure they got it exactly as we wanted. They hooked everything up and showed us how to operate the new TV. I bought a Harmony 650 remote to control all A/V components with one remote. I contacted Pueo on Yelp and within 30 minutes Chad responded. He came over the same day to look to see what still needed to be done. We set up an appointment and they arrived on time. I had ordered an entertainment center from Inspiration. They picked it up from the store for me and assembled it. They also completed the installation of the speakers and hiding of the wires. I am very happy with the way it turned out. It looks so much nicer now that the TV and most of the speakers are wall mounted. My grievance is that they left two holes in my walls (one in the a/c closet and one in my wife's bedroom closet). I went to City Mill and patched the holes myself. It was easy to patch but I am disappointed they left the walls that way. I also would have preferred if they had brought their own vacuum rather than use mine to clean up the drywall dust. It was messy trying to clean the dust out of my filter. I could hear them making fun of some of the older equipment that I had but I do have some older media that I still use from time to time. Overall, it was a positive experience. They were friendly and worked efficiently. I would recommend them but I hope they invest in a vacuum cleaner and repair any damage they cause.
