My car needed a car wash as well so once I got my receipt, it gives me a five digit code to punch in at the machine. I got the super wash which at the end showers your car with wax. The line wasn't too bad but again this location has lots of traffic coming in and out of here. Such a negative. My car was super clean and shiny and fully loaded with gasoline. It was running on almost empty. I'm glad there was a Shell here as I don't like driving too far out to find a Shell gas station. The positive is that they have snacks and drinks if you are on the go. They have quite a few gas pumps and some store parking up front for the personnel, not needing gas. Inside the store is spacious and clean and they sell many drink varietys and snacks. They offer alcohol beverages and tobacco products as well. As for the car wash, it is built in the same space as the gas station. You can easily pay for your car wash while pumping gas, or you can just pull up to the car wash area and pay with a debit/credit card. There are 4 options for the car wash ranging from basic to deluxe, and this time, I went with the standard basic option. The car wash uses high-pressure water soap and also has scrubbers to get your car looking beautiful. The dryer has vents blowing from the left side and right side with a 60-second timer. At this time, you are allowed to change from park to drive and slowly go through drying off all excess water. Overall, it is a great gas station to go to and pick up some snacks and gas for the road and, of course, a car wash to get your fresh ride looking squeaky clean. There is a vacuum and air for your tires in the station for an additional cost. The customer service is always good, and the service is fast as to where you're in and out to continue your day.

Store owner (bald guy) tried scamming me and my sister by charging us 3.98 when slushies were free…read moreand threw them away. we went home empty handed and told my mom, she knew the owner becasue we live near there and she went to the extra mile after i told her what happened. she confronted the store owner and immediatley stared apologizing once he found out that we were her kids. he then mentions how we just needed to put in a phone number when he didnt tell us anything about it. so he NEW that they were doing a promotion and tried taking our money when they were supposed to be free. this is so fucked up how the store owner tries taking advantage of kids. Do NOT come to this location EVER.

Worst experience of my life…read more First off I went to get my car washed, and the card reader wouldn't work multiple times so I clicked help. Denise came out to help me but she came right up to my window so I pulled it up because I can't be that close to somebody. However I opened the passenger side window and when she was on that side she was very upset and ignored me. And then kept walking inside despite me continuously saying help Please help Please help I then click the help button again and somebody with blonde hair came out who kept telling me to put the card in as I continued to share that I was charged multiple times already and then it finally went through. I called in to talk to the manager, today is Monday October 21st and it was 7:40 a.m. that I called. He and the rest of the staff continued to misgender me and mispronow me and talk over me. And continue to yell at me. And when I asked him will you please let me finish what I'm sharing or you going to keep talking over me. And he just kept yelling at me and I said I'm going to put a Yelp review if you're not going to let me finish and he goes go ahead and put a f****** Yelp review This is self-service You're lucky we even helped you and I just hung up before I could hear the rest of what he said. This was an incredibly awful experience. I've been using this gas station as the only gas station I use for gas or for my car wash for over 20 years and I can't imagine ever coming back again after that horrific experience.
