We know exactly what the detailing service is supposed to look like because we've received it hundreds of times. My husband had his vehicle detailed yesterday and it looks amazing. I had the same service done today, and my car came back with visible dog hair throughout the interior and seats that had clearly not been cleaned. The photos speak for themselves. What disappointed me most was how the situation was handled. When we brought it to their attention, we were first told the car had dog hair when it was dropped off (which is exactly why I brought it in for a detail). Then we were told it had actually been detailed properly. Then we were told we had only paid for the basic detail service, which was not true. The employee who came out to speak with us was completely unhelpful and dismissive. His solution was for both my husband and me (had to be both of us!) to come back at 8:00 AM the next morning to speak with "Mr. Jon." When I asked whether there was a time window we could come in, I was told 8:00 AM and that's it. After five years of detailing services and countless referrals to friends, family, and coworkers, I expected much better customer service. A bad detail can be fixed. What can't be undone is being treated like a problem instead of a customer. If you're considering bringing your vehicle here, I'd think twice. The quality of service clearly depends on who works on your car that day, and if something goes wrong, don't expect accountability.

Thankfully they are open all hours. If you happen to stumble over there past 2AM, be prepared for a heat wave. Spoke to manager and asked him when was his gas station calibrated last time with department of weights and measurements to ensure it measured gas properly. I did say it seemed that very little gas came out certainly not 1.2 gallons. He said it's none of my business and he will not show me or discuss it! Hmmm Maybe my car was not registering 1+ gallon of gas I added. Unlikely as my gas tank was near empty. More than likely this gas station cheats the customers.

Several pumps are down so you have to keep an eye out and also walk inside to pay cash or swipe your card. It's easy to get in and out of. Their prices aren't the cheapest but for me this station is the closest to my house. So why not a fancy fifth star? One thing that constantly bugs me about this gas station is that it never prints the receipt at the pump and I always have to go inside to get it.
