I'm a sucker for both so I ordered a cluster of crab legs in the Cajun butter sauce and a bowl of phó. The pho was fantastic! It was piping hot with plenty of meat on top. The broth was rich in color and taste. The noodles were just perfect, but to overcooked and mushy. The crab was drenched in the garlic butter sauce. It has the right amount of kick to it! The crab was cleaned and cooked perfectly. The meat just came out of the shell with ease. I really would have liked my potatoes to have been cooked more throughly, they were still hard in the middle. Overall it was a great meal to have during my visit in this great state of Georgia.

They have crab ragoons on the menu which I thought was strange, they were crispy. It's presented to the table in a steam bag, it's fun. The-meals are on the expensive side, but if you split it it's comparable to two meals. They serve fish sandwiches, chicken wings, and sides too. Plastic forks are provided, buts it's difficult to eat crab legs without the proper utensils. The shells are pre cracked, but a fish fork would be better and I know they make wooden ones. they could have provided. I lived in Baton Rouge, La for 50+ years prior to moving to Otto, NC and so had eaten my share of South Louisiana cuisine and eating these two samples from Envie Eats brought back the taste that I had been missing and then some! Hope they reach the point where they can handle both their large catering business as well as in house dining as they are only 15 mins from our home. Through the app, I could make a reservation for a party of five. I spoke with the hostess by phone to let MCC know we were en route. I apologize for the inconvenience of our late arrival. MCC is amazing! The place is spectacular with its vast size and interior design. The Lady greeted us at the front entrance. The Washington Apple cocktail was smooth and what I needed after the long road trip. The Salmon is glazed with bourbon and is cooked to perfection. My oldest sister proclaims the Cajun Shrimp and Sauage pasta is the best she has ever tasted. We ate and had a wonderful time creating lasting memories together. I wish to thank the Chef and the beautiful hostess involved on Thursday evening. It was exceptional in every way and added so much to the enjoyment of a triple birthday celebration.
