I used them after I was in a car accident. I have very mixed feelings about them. Good: Jolene is amazing. I continued with physical therapy even when I was frustrated mostly because I believe that the majority of my results came from Jolene's skill as a massage therapist. Their physical therapists were good but had issues with listening to my concerns and explaining what was happening and why. Needs improvement: My first massage therapist with them was a no show for our 2nd appointment and I never got an apology nor an explanation. Since my car was totaled, it was extremely difficult to get around (mostly walking or by bus) and so it was more than just an inconvenience to have scheduled my day around that appointment. Same thing happened with the doctor the next month (and again NO apology, nor explanation) :( Only my appointments with Jolene were on time. They wouldn't let you start warming up until the therapists arrived and of course they were routinely late (sometimes very, very late). This meant that I missed my hourly bus and had to walk back up the hill. I just felt like I couldn't trust that their treatments were actually helping. After many weeks of no results (except pain relief from Jolene) I finally left them and changed to another physical therapy office where I saw results, received explanations and never once had to wait for my therapist. read more

I went to get a massage the young lady made my back hurt worse. I'm not returning waste of my time. I will go elsewhere.

After getting hit by a drunk driver last week my partner and I were a little at a loss for how to go about getting treatment. We did some research and found this place. When we came in the first time we were told that they did not have a doctor in the building that day and that he wasn't scheduled to be in until Monday, but that they could call and see if he would meet with us. He scheduled a time the very next day, coming in from his day off to see the two of us. The doctor was friendly, patient, and kind as he took time to let us process the injury and listening to what hurt us (even though we were both a touch out of it thanks to a pretty nasty concussion). They got my partner and I scheduled for physical therapy the next day and got us scheduled for physical therapy and massage therapy for the entire month so that we could get spots that worked for our schedules. The physical therapists I have worked with have been extremely friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions. The massage therapist that I have worked with did an amazing job and really helped alleviate the pain that I had earlier today. I could not recommend this place more. read more

I was treated here after a t-bone accident that caused me to have back and neck pain. The staff here was very helpful through the process. To them it's seems like patient care is priority like how it should be. Dr. Hasanoglu is great. He helped me understand my diagnosis in layman terms and provided me with the best treatment options possible. I am very satisfied with my treatment here and I'm glad to say I am 100% recovered from my injuries thanks to MD Injury Care. read more

There is a massage therapist at this facility that should get her license revoked. Her name is Joleen. Every time I had an appointment for massage therapy with her she always had a bad attitude and it seemed like she deliberately tried to injure me. I started going here in November 2020 because of a really bad car accident and from my very first time I saw her she had a bad attitude and she aggressively gave me massages. I just took the pain because I knew I was supposed to get the massages for treatment. I thought maybe she's having a bad day or she really hated what she was doing for a living. My 2nd time going there I told her she was being too aggressive and she eased up a bit. I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking it will be better next time. I remember asking myself doesn't she know that I'm injured and that's why I'm here in the first place? During my 3rd time seeing her I felt like I wanted to punch her lights out because I was so pissed and realized this was not right. After this time I refused to see her and I would drive all the way to the Federal way office to get massages to avoid having my appointments with her. Even though it was miles out of my way. When I finally finished my treatments I warned everyone I knew about going here because of Joleen. I will never consider or recommend MD Injury care again because of her. The only reason I gave them a 1 star rating is because everybody else I dealt with at this facility was very professional and courteous to my needs. Physical therapy, front desk staff, and the other massage therapist at the Federal Way location did a very good job. It's too bad that Joleen the massage therapist at the MD Injury Care in Renton spoiled this review for everyone at this location. read more

I was treated here for the past month due to an auto accident. I must say the EVERY staff member was the consummate professional. I was always greeted with a smile & a "hello" when I checked in. The massage therapy was a bit of heaven on earth. My Physical therapists are highly knowledgeable, skilled and always have a great attitude. Overall, from Dr. T, the front staff, Massage & Physical therapy (Radiology also) I would recommend this clinic to anyone. They are all great ! read more

Malpractice Clinic - You would have a better chance bear hunting with a twig than to receive the proper conduct of care from this clinic. On 02/27/2017 Dr. Takemura sent me to see a hip specialist of his choice, which refers me back to Takemura for PM&R consultation. Which takemura ignored completely. He only wanted to receive IME from L&I to be in agreement with, Takemura abandoned me along with L&i. I left from his office to emergency room and was diagnosed with the same findings from hip specialist 02/27/2017. Mistakes are ok, but this mistake neglected my injuries for 3 years. I tried to convey my symptoms to him on several occasions. Symptoms which specify indications of nerve damage. I would like to be back to normal with the body i was born with which is not possible, therefore all options should be available to patient. I set up a phone appointment here for 2pm. I than receive a text message for 2:30 appointment the day before and on the day of the appointment. I figure they wanted 30 mins for first time patients to fill out paperwork. I arrive at 1:53 pm and go in. I finish my paperwork and the front desk girl says "the doctor will be here shortly." I asked is the doctor not on site? I didn't get a straight answer. I go in to the room at 2:30 and waited for 15 mins for the doctor to come in. 2:55 rolls along and the front desk tells me they apologize the doctor is running late. I find out the doctor wasn't even on site and it was the front desks fault for not letting the doctor know I was on site. Why?? You should be onsite especially if you send me a confirmation text. I wasted a hour here with nothing accomplished. My wife and three kids sat in the car and waited for this place who says be respectful and arrive on time. read more

The employees are never the same. High turnover so new people there never know exactly what their doing. Dr. Takemura was one of the most pleasant punctual doctors I've ever met however and would definitely recommend him. Doctor Hasanoglu on the other hand have off the most negative vibe. I'm sure he thought patients could not hear him but walls are thin there and I could hear his vulgar and inappropriate remarks. He's one to stay clear of definitely. read more

Wait time TOTALLY sucks. When you come in for your appointment expect to wait at LEAST a half hour to a hour for a five minute appointment. Most of the staff seem like they don't know what they're doing or they're new, only one guy there was super friendly, personable, and gave great customer service, I think his name was Jay Jay. I gave two stars just for getting what you need from the doctors. I would have given more if there was more comfort with the place and if wait time wasn't ridiculous! Out of the two doctors there, I preferred Dr. Takemura, he was a lot easier to talk to, thoroughly explains everything, and you felt more comfort with him. Dr. Hasanoglu on the other hand, who was my main doctor, was very fast paced and unprofessional with answering personal calls and jokes. read more

I also was referred to Dr. Hasanoglu by my chiropractor. From the first moment I walked in the door it felt like I was not wanted. The front desk people did not even make eye contact with me then after I was called in the room to meet my doctor he made me feel like I was lying about my back injury and how dare I waste this man's time with my complaints. The next time I met with Dr. Takamura he told me that if I wasn't doing better in 3 months he was going to fire himself and I am going to have to live with the pain. After seeing both of these doctors I'm deeply dissatisfied and will be looking for a new doctor hopefully with better luck. read more

As a Radiology RN I know what to expect for nerve root blocks and front desk procedures. I have to say that I am terribly unwhelmed with both. The front desk are apparently hired off the street with zero experience and the doctors are chronically late and pretty unprofessional........ I've been coming here for a week now. And I find the staff to be very polite and helpful. They only issue I had was finding the place because the referring doctors have had the wrong business name on it. My doctor Renee was very professional. He was also kind of funny which I thought was nice. My massage therapist, Jolene has 11 years experience. Even though it's only my second time getting a massage it seemed like she knew exactly what she was doing. She found kinks and knots in places where the other massage therapist hadn't even touched. I still have a week and a half left of therapy but everything is going great and I'm already starting to heal. read more

I will echo what previous people have said. Jay Jay and Dr. Takemure are great. Dr. Hasanoglu is an accident waiting to happen. Arrogant, distracted, and always late instead of nurturing, helpful, and accountable for the work he does as Dr. Takemura is. I went in for three back injections. Waited 60 minutes the first time, 90 minutes the second time, and walked out after 30 minutes the third time. Yet they charge and re-schedule you if you're more than 15 minutes late? When I was in the office on September 11 for a back injection Dr. Hasanoglu was so distracted back and forth on his cell phone outside that he yelled at me and his assistant Jay Jay during my procedure saying he couldn't see what he was doing. HUH? Not a confidence builder. I belive he caused permanent damage to my back as now I can barely stand and am seeking care through an alternate doctor and considering other options. STAY AWAY FROM DR. HASANOGLU! read more

My review is not of MD Injury Care. My review is on Dr Takemura. I've have several fitness ankle injuries over the years and have always gone to Dr Takemura regardless of which location/practice he is at. I also refer all my colleges with sports related injuries to him. Although i no longer live in Seattle, I even would make appts when traveling their for business. I had 2 ankle surgeries in Chicago with continuing problems. I made an appt to get his input as my surgeon and PT didn't believe me that there was an issue; he recommended i demand an MRI from my current surgeon to assess what could be the problem. He was right. i demanded an MRI then Xray to find that that screw was put in the wrong place in my ankle given the unique shape of my ankle bone. Thanks to him listening to me, believing me, and offering advice i was able to rectify the problem. read more

I will have to agree with Shelly G. I felt like I was waisting there time. They know more about my pain then I do. Miss my appointment due to being in the hospital called them from the hospital to tell them that and to have the cancel all my appointment Tom I was out. They only canceled that week then told me I was canceled as a patient for missing 3 or more appointments. The staff was rude every time I did go. The P.T lady was late to my appointment by 45 min then had an attitude with me like I should be great full she even mad it in. The Doc was very very unprofessional. Poking me in my back where the pain was ad I walked out the door like it was funny. I would never recommend these guys. Ever, not site if the chiropractors that recommend then get money for each person they send that way. But I would never go to any of these guys. read more

i was referred by my orthopedist to dr. hasanoglu for an electromyogram to see how bad my carpal tunnel syndrome is. my first impression was a negative one. the receptionists are both brand new so the front desk was chaotic. there was no new patient paperwork ready to go, even though there were at least 2 new patients this morning, and one of the ladies had absolutely no idea what she was doing - she was being babysat by someone i assume was the office manager. once i got past that part, the rest was great. dr. hasanoglu made what is a very unpleasant procedure quite bearable (this coming from me: the wuss of the west). he has a great bedside manner, using humor and congeniality to mitigate the pain. i would recommend this office on that basis alone. read more

I really appreciate the convenince of this clinic. Not only is located in a neighborhood, but it also is a 1 stop shop for care. I was able to get treated by my docter, received physcial therapy and massage therapy, all oniste. And my tests were local as well. This was a great expereince and I appreciate the freindliness of the front desk staff. read more

I ended up NOT going to this clinic based on the interaction that I had with the person that answered the phone! She was condescending and didn't listen to what I was asking her. I became very frustrated when this person decided that she was going to try and educate me on how wrong myself and my referring physcian were to even be calling this clinic, when she actually had not even listened to what I was calling about. When I told her the test that I was being referred to the clinic for, she finally shut up. I was done by then. I will find another avenue to deal with my situation. This clinic should really vet the people that they hire to answer their phones. Terrible experience. read more

I was in a car accident and referred to PIC for physical therapy with a prescription from OPA in Seattle but was told that I needed to see their doctors first even though I already saw an orthopedic doctor. A few months later I was told by my original office that this is not normal they just did this to bring extra revenue to the office. Dr. Tanaka and Dr. Hasanoglu must not communicate well with their staff because I was a patient for over 5 months and they never knew what was going on. It would have helped to read the chart notes rather than just walking in a room blind and taking a wild guess as to what is going on. Also I had the same experience as many of the other patients here as far as wait times go...the wait is terrible. If you are looking for an orthopedic specialist or physical therapist I'd strongly recommend another place. read more
