We have a bunch of family coming to town tomorrow so the timing was awful. I made an online appt. late in the afternoon yesterday and received a time frame of Noon-2PM for today. Ralph called well within the time frame and let me know when he was expecting to arrive and he was on the dot. I really had no idea how much it was going to be as they don't give a quote until they see what you have. I appreciated that we were not obligated to use the service after they provided the quote. It was more then I was planning but once we factored in how many trips to the dump it would take for us to do it, the time (which we did not have) and the possibility of getting another flat tire from being out at the dump, like last time, we realized it was worth the price. Ralph and Marvin were very professional, polite and got to work right away. I have never used a service like this before but I would have no hesitation using them again if we ever need to. I will defiantly recommend them based on my experience and the wonderful customer service we received from these gentlemen.

I called customer service four times and they said the local contractor was not answering calls to him. He did not reply to their emails. He never called me. This rotten company seriously inconvenienced me. This happened today, a Saturday. I could not take the seven hour drive home until the junk was removed. I have to stay another night. Terrible customer service, no action when I reported this, they would not let me talk to a supervisor, no apology and, as of 5:35 pm, no one from the company or local contractor has called. DO NOT USE 1800GOTJUNK if it is important they arrive on time and get the job done the day you schedule.

Jorge Sr. handles my property and does a fantastic job, showing up when they're supposed to and doing the extra items I asked then to take care of for me.
