I called ahead and scheduled appointments for myself and my partner. During scheduling, we were told all IVs would be 50% off for first-time clients. We completed the intake process (which took about 20 minutes) and then arrived for our appointment. Once there, I opted for the Boss Lady drip, which is listed as a Myers Cocktail with a larger 1000cc bag and added vitamin D. At no point was I told this drip was excluded from the first-time discount, and it appears on the same menu as the other IVs with no exclusions noted. At checkout, I was told it "didn't qualify," which felt misleading and inconsistent with what was communicated both over the phone and online. Second, while the person who placed the IV was very kind, I experienced significant swelling the entire day and now have noticeable bruising days later (photo attached). This is not my first experience with IV therapy -- I've had pIV drips in the past -- and this reaction was unusual for me. Third, a Myers Cocktail typically has a yellow tint due to the vitamin content. Both my IV bag and my partner's were completely clear, which raised concerns about whether the formulation matched what was advertised. Lastly, checkout took an additional 15+ minutes while staff called management to figure out how to apply the discount to the one IV that was included, adding unnecessary wait time after an already lengthy visit. For a service that costs this much, the experience didn't match the price point. I wanted to feel confident about what I was receiving, and unfortunately, I left with more questions than benefits. If you're looking for IV therapy to feel refreshed or supported, this may not be the best option.

Never coming to this place again I do not like when the nail tech told me one thing and then charged differently. It is a very predatory tactic. Highly disappointed with my experience. Also for me they put something on my feet and it burned. One of my toes was left with a burn mark. The nail tech also didn't really understand English so it took her awhile to take off the product so I had to dip my foot inside so I wouldn't burn the rest of my toes.

What makes this even more heartbreaking is that this happened right before a major event in my life--an occasion I had been looking forward to for months. Instead of feeling confident and excited, I was forced to hide, avoid photos, and deal with overwhelming embarrassment, anxiety, and trauma over the condition of my face. The emotional impact has been just as damaging as the physical injuries. I placed my trust in this clinic and expected trained professionals who would prioritize patient safety and understand how to properly treat clients with different skin types. Instead, I have been left with a painful and prolonged recovery process that has affected my confidence, mental well-being, and daily life. To their credit, they are currently attempting to treat the hyperpigmentation that resulted from the procedure with hydroquinone and tretinoin. However, it is incredibly frustrating to need corrective treatments for a problem that I believe should never have happened in the first place. I went in seeking cosmetic improvement, not months of recovery and additional interventions to address the damage. Perhaps the most disappointing part is that despite the severity of what I experienced and the ongoing costs, stress, and emotional suffering, I was not offered a refund. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to make things right financially has been almost as painful as the injuries themselves. No cosmetic procedure intended to enhance your confidence should leave you dealing with weeks of pain, discoloration, emotional trauma, and uncertainty about whether your skin will ever fully recover. I sincerely hope Iconic Skin Clinic reevaluates its protocols, training, and patient care standards so that no one else experiences what I have gone through. I strongly encourage anyone considering treatment to do extensive research, ask detailed questions about the provider's experience with lasers and your specific skin type, and understand that the consequences of a mistake can be life-altering.

It was only reinforced by the technical staff and discussing an individualized plan with the MD. There are doctors who have experience and there are a select few with mastery in their craft. Dr. Mohammedi is one of them. He listened to my desires, was transparent about the advantages of certain procedures and discouraged one of my requests that had the potential for an unappealing outcome. Bloom Medical's equipment they have invested in consists of technology I have never seen. I can conclude they are results oriented, not profit motivated. I have read a couple Yelpers complaining about wait time. Though their process is precise and streamlined, it is not purely transactional. If it were, I would buy a Groupon. Allot at least an hour for your visit if your face is important to you. The one downside is that I have to reregister lockscreen biometrics on my phone. I can honestly say that out of five laser sessions one worked, one burned me, and the rest were just a joke. And I've had prior laser services at another place so I know what the difference is between how it works and when it's not working I wasn't planning on submitting this review but honestly I would hate for others to have the same experience. Service I paid for was for laser hair removal I'm my eyes this place does not ever deserve one start but there is no other option.
