My wife really likes ME SPA so I make sure to get her gift certificates several times a year. This has gone on for many years. The amount of times she has her appointment canceled is crazy. Kristine is always great and the pedicure situation is so relaxing,quiet,dark reclining chair and eye mask. Had so hiccups checking in ,seems like they need more staff. No one was at the desk for a good five minutes and then the person ahead of me was rescheduling multiple appointments. I was on time but we started 15 minutes late. Also, there was a mix up in scheduling and had set me up with a manicure afterwards that I had canceled. Will still go back but it was pretty frustrating. read more

I had an amazing 80 minute Swedish massage with Ana. When I arrived, the lovely attendant (didn't get her name) led me to the back and then after I changed, set me up with a foot soak, hot neck wrap and water- all calming and wonderful. Ana then came and got me for my massage. She asked if there was any body area that I want to focus on, and I said no, just normal full body. She was excellent, focused on back, arms, legs, neck, feet, and I felt pampered and relaxed when I left. The attendant when I left was different, but was also very sweet. All around great experience and since it is on the pricy side, I get like I got my money's worth. Will definitely go back. read more

This was not my first massage so I knew what to expect. Upon arrival I was greeted at the service desk and taken back to get robed. The customer service was exceptional. Leslie led me into the relaxation room for tea and a hot neck wrap. Anthony, my masseuse, introduced himself and when I was ready he provided a great 80 minute, hot stone massage. Included was the hot oil and heated foot wrap. Afterward I was given time to relax before taking a hot shower and dressing. I MUST DO THIS AGAIN SOON. Today I had an 80 minute facial with aesthetician Olivia! I've had many facials before but this was the best facial experience I've ever had! Olivia has kind and healing hands. My facial was on a special day. It was my 33 wedding anniversary. I'm now a widow and lost my late husband 9 years ago so on my anniversary I try to do something comforting and Olivia was the perfect person to do my facial. *update: It took a bit of time but ME SPA did reach out finally and offered a solution to the gift card purchase snafu. Also, the masseuse and skincare practioneers here are absolutely wonderful! Disappointing experience after years of coming here. My partner purchases me gift cards here almost twice a year (if not more) for Mother's Day and other special occasions. So lots of investment and consistency in me spa over the years . For some reason, at my last service, I struggled to find the digital version of my gift card. The receptionist is quite young, but she had zero interest in assisting me with trying to identify tracking it down. Zero empathy. She was unwilling to reach out to the manager and wouldn't help me access WiFi. I showed her the actual bank deduction from our account for the gift card and she shrugged and was like "I just need your payment". I had to then encourage her to email the manage to inquire about it. I also emailed the manager personally. I was more than willing to pay, that wasn't the issue, but really felt the customer service for a loyal customer who had evidence of the payment and never had any issues prior was pretty awful. I realized when I got home that this particular gift card never actually got sent to me. So basically no reimbursement on the gift card my partner paid for as it was not sent to my email. My bank is allowing me to report the transaction as fraud but what a sad way to have to address a weird glitch and end my relationship to this spa I loved. read more

I received a gift card for my birthday, and I've been wanting to try out Me Spa! I signed up for a 60 min sports massage with Anthony V and it was amazing! I started out with a foot soak in the relaxation room (come 20 min early for this). The sports massage was just was my muscles needed- Anthony provided the right amount of pressure to remove muscle tension and incorporated some stretching as well. The pedicure was amazing. But to spend that much on what is supposed to be a relaxing environment, the noise level from the manicure room and hallway were so loud that I could not completely enjoy my experience. The manicure technician kept talking so loud to her customer and there were other employee laughing loudly right at the opening of the pedicure room. What's up with that? this was the second time while having a pedicure that this has happened. I want to continue to enjoy this service but there need to be actual doors on both rooms and have a professional meeting with employees about staying ZEN in such an expensive spa. From start to finish, everything was so pampering. I was early so after the welcome check in then robe and locker assignment, I had time to do a foot soak and neck wrap. It was a great way to begin. Tiffany came to get me and thus began 80min of bliss. She asked me a few questions to get direction on what I liked or needed but as a woman with (knock on wood) no issues, I just left it up to her. The addition of hot stones and grapefruit aromatherapy was new and worth it! She was professional and friendly and excellent at turning me in to a relaxed marshmallow. The spa itself was quiet and clean and seemed to have anything one might need. I thought for manicures and pedicures as well. I called to book a massage due to a sciatica problem. I have a gift card. They were COMPLETELY booked for two 1/2 weeks, almost 3 weeks. I specified my situation and said I needed one to relive pain, 3 weeks is completely unacceptable. I asked for a refund, and they said they had to talk to their corporate office. That was last Wednesday, have not heard a word. Oh, I then booked a massage at another place, and they called and said they had a cancellation for Monday, I said no, I had to book at another place. I emailed their corporate office, (of course they don't want to talk to anyone). Haven't heard back! WHY are they selling gift cards if they can't accommodate in a timely manner!!! read more

I had a wonderful afternoon at ME Spa in Santa Rosa. Started with a foot soak and tea in their relaxation room. My esthetician Jillian was warm and welcoming. Once in her room I was made comfortable in a cozy warm bed. I had a facial and peel. All the products smelled so wonderful and Jillian let me know all the magical benefits of each. And magical they were I left with a rosy glow I haven't seen in too many years. When I asked what the solution for this was, she said all they could offer was 20% off a pedicure today. I wish I would have read the reviews for this place before booking. I have a membership with Me Spa and have had my appointments cancelled the day of so many times that it's a consistent issue. I maintained my membership for over 4 years hoping it would get better which I never should have done. I took a break for 2 years and finally gave it another try. Had a facial which was great! Scheduled an 80 minute pedicure a week later (today) to have it cancelled 2 hours before my appointment. The reason has always been "tech had a family emergency" and never is a manager available to talk to at that moment. They can reschedule but of course not several weeks later as it's hard to get an appointment for pedicures. NO THANKS, cancelling my membership and will take my money elsewhere where customers are valued!! read more

I had a deep tissue massage by Tiffany. I had very sore muscles from too much exercise. Hot tubs and pain relievers were not helping. I was hesitant to get a massage as I did not think it would help because I was in so much pain. Tiffany literally relieved me of my muscle soreness. She gave me the best massage I ever had.
