I called and asked for it to be fixed. No problem. I arrived a little early, but was ushered immediately into room 1. I asked to use the restroom first. When I came out of the restroom, I was ushered back into room one and the door was shut behind me. No instructions. I figured that I should probably change, so I started to undress. I had gotten down to my underwear when there was a quick knock at the door and the door opened. Someone announced "changing room." I originally thought she meant that she wanted me to undress in a changing room, but she actually wanted me to go to room 2. I got into room 2 and undressed. Still no instructions. There was a narrow strip of cloth, so I attempted to cover myself with it, but it was too narrow. I was still confused a little. I can't tell how long I waited because I didn't have my watch on and there was no clock in the room. The masseuse arrived and asked what I wanted today. Hot stone massage. She meant what part of my body I wanted her to concentrate on. Low back and feet. Ok. She'd do the massage first and then hot stones. Great. Medium pressure. Ok. The massage was a little too hard at first, but I spoke up and she adjusted the pressure. I could feel my back relaxing. Unfortunately, I'm ticklish on my feet and I wasn't able to handle the lighter pressure on them. But it was still a great massage. Suddenly, someone opened the door to room two and started speaking loudly to the masseuse. It was jarring since everything else was so quiet and I was mostly unclothed other than the narrow strip of cloth. No privacy with the door wide open! And speaking so loudly when I was trying to relax was ridiculous. We got to the hot stone part and the masseuse kept dropping the stones. Bang. The wall. Plop. The floor. Oops onto the table. I would have given 5 stars other than the online errors, the wide open door, the loud voices and the dropping of the stones. It was a good massage with a few minor drawbacks.

I felt like telling her this is an establishment of massage and not a brothel. In any case, after that she told me I only paid for 45 minutes, yet the sign in the lobby clearly said $60. dollars an hour. She actually only gave me about 1/2 hour before she said, "Finished". She wanted to wait in the room while I got dressed and I told her to get out. Maybe the other girls are fine, but in ten years of getting Asian Massage I have not experienced anything like this. I called to make an appointment for this birthday and owner, Jin, was super responsive and communicative. We scheduled a 75 min hot stone massage, but when I chatted with Lillie about areas of the body to focus on, she customized the massage to my needs and didn't end up using the hot stones, other than a few as heating elements to rest on my body. She and Jin were so kind to adjust the price down as the massage I got was a bit cheaper. As a fitness instructor, I love anatomy and learning about the human body. Lillie is beyond knowledgeable, and super passionate about what she does. I told her that I sometimes get tension between my eyes and she explained that it could come from my eyeglass prescription being slightly off, or it could come from jaw tension and tension in my neck and pectoral muscles! Fascinating! It all makes sense. Loved Lillie's energy and her balance of gentle and firm massage.
