I chose this company specifically because of promises they didn't keep, and the entire experience was marked by poor communication and a lack of follow-through during the hardest time of my life, losing my mom. During intake, I explained that I live in a different county and have two small children, making travel difficult. I was told the company would retrieve my mother's belongings from the coroner's office when they picked her up, and that they would hand-deliver her ashes to me directly. Both of these were major reasons I chose them over other options. Neither happened as promised. On the day she was picked up, I received no final confirmation. I had to call multiple times, text, and leave voicemails just to get confirmation the next day that she'd been picked up -- and that they had not retrieved her belongings as agreed. I ended up having to make a 4-hour round trip myself to collect them. Weeks later, I got a call saying they actually couldn't cross county lines to deliver her to me after all. My options were to drive back myself or have her shipped. I chose shipping, and she was left sitting outside in the sun, I didn't even have to sign for delivery. Throughout this, I spoke with several different staff members, and no one seemed to have a clear picture of what had gone wrong or what had already been communicated. I received little acknowledgment of how badly this was handled, and no offer of any refund or compensation. I was told "not sure why we didn't get her things". When I explained they also knew I lived in a different county from the start and I was never told about crossing county lines, I was brushed off. This is one of the most sensitive services a family will ever need, and it deserves careful, consistent communication. I did not get that here, and I would not recommend this company. read more

I lost my Dad, my friend, my childhood hero on June 4, 2026. This will be a day I never forget. It was the hardest and most life changing experience of my life, the ending of his. After finding out his policy lapsed with another company, we were frantically looking for something affordable but trustworthy! We found a flat affordable rate with Meadow Memorial. They were available 24/7 and did not require a deposit to pick up. What a relief since it's hard enough to feel the impact of a loss of a loved one already! The process was simple and not stressful at the least. The service they provided was pick up, refrigeration, and cremation for a flat rate. No crazy upselling or hidden fees. The only downside to this process was we believed my dad was going to Palm Springs which was a convenient meeting for all us kids, but he unbeknownst to us went to Lake Elsinore! (If you knew my dad...this is the kind of silly stunt he would pull in his earthly body!) Sorry this is where we loose a star yall! We verbally asked where he was going and was confirmed he was going to Palm Springs. Our contract did say Lake Elsinore, but who reads with eyes full of tears? Even though that news was a hard pill to swallow Meadows Memorial did offer many ways to make this mix up right. Also, double check your loved one's paperwork, these are humans and mistakes are made! But also easily corrected when brought to their attention. In the end they delivered him to Palm Springs for pick up. And Conrad was amazing to our family. We brought our own urns and he divided my dad up for us which was above and beyond what we would expect him to do. We really appreciate the simplicity and quality of service. My mother passed 02/11/26. My auntie found this place for her cremation days prior to her passing and I must say, from beginning to end, the service was absolutely amazing, including delivery. During this time, it is hard to navigate the steps needed in order to ensure your loved one is resting well. They made it so efficient, there was no room for error. I live in NY which is a faster process than California but they kept in touch with me with phone calls, text messages every step of the way. The family portal is a nice added bonus. The staff new what to say to come across as compassionate. My beloved brother passed on March 2 with terminal cancer in a hospice facility for 6 days, not a coroner's case. We didn't get his cremains till March 20. The staff new we had a scheduled celebration of life as soon as they had my brothe, we got conflicting informations as to date of cremation. I was told on the second week that it's scheduled for March 19 so I wasn't sure if we can get his cremains on time for the celebration so I called them and left a message to arrange pick up and then a staff returned my call on the 16th and told me my brother was already cremated and I can pick up his cremains anytime. Their Family portal stated cremation is scheduled for the 19th and after multiple phone calls, they hand delivered my brother's cremains on the 20th with wrong information in the burial certificate and found out that cremation took place on the 13th as signed by the person in charge of cremation and Meadow memorial refused ti send as a corrected burial certificate. The Urn we bought through their for over $200 is actually a miniature urn 1.5 inches tall x 1 wide, not for a small person or child. Meadow memorials will not get my business again. read more

Very professional and considerate. We signed up with them pre-need after a friend had signed up with Neptune Society pre need and then had a very bad experience at the time of her husbands death. They were less money and addressed the issues that we had concerns about namely : they hand deliver the ashes to your home rather than you having to go somewhere to pick them up or having them shipped to you. They are available all over the world in case a death occurs while traveling, and they were also less money. read more

My husband passed away on Christmas morning. I can honestly say I was in shock, disbelief and heart broken, as my husband was only 60 years old and was my entire world. I needed to figure out how to handle all of this and there were many companies to choose from. When I called, the person who answered the phone was so pleasant. I had called a few others prior, but either they wanted me to drive many miles to meet in person or the cost was so over the top to have him cremated it just wasn't an option and they couldn't pick him up from City of Hope for a couple of weeks, that was not happening. Not only did they act promptly, but did so with kindness. The cost I felt was fair, they picked him up in a couple of days. They update you the entire process via text and email. I was notified when he was picked up, when he arrived at their facility, when they submitted to county for the death certificate, when the certificates were mailed and when his ashes were shipped. I highly recommend this company, they handled everything and took a huge worry off of my head. I also was told by a friend to make sure I ordered enough death certificates, I ordered 10 certified and trust me, you will need them. You are in good hands with Meadow Memorials. read more

We called several cremation places and Meadow gave us a great price compared to anyone else and they provided a perfect service. kept us updated almost on a daily basis. We had the death certificate within a little over a week, they notified social security and we had the ashes in about 2 weeks. They delivered the ashes to the door. No delays, everything worked out as we were told it would. Highly recommend this company and you can't beat the price. When your love one passes it does not mean that the most expensive is the best.
