It was the Friday before Memorial Day so it took a while to get to Orange County. They carefully transferred my Mom to their vehicle. They were very responsive to all of our questions and really made the whole process much easier than I thought it would be. We really appreciated that as we were still trying to process our Mom's passing. They're the best! They arranged a meeting point midway between Glendale and where we lived in Orange County to transfer our urns to us. I highly, highly recommend Anubis. I initially talked to Lawrence, who was super easy to work with. Later on I had correspondence with Argyle who kept me updated with what was going on. They did not take very long to get everything done. It was about a month from my dad's death to receiving his ashes and the death certificate. They worked with hospice to handle his paperwork filing and there were no issues. The people who came to pick my dad up were very professional and respectful as well. It's hard to see a loved one leave their home for the final time but they were polite and patient. The cost is very fair especially for the area.
