They did have other outlets but they were located outside. The bathrooms were clean and kept up. They have two vending machines but neither were in working order. For Orlando to be a tourist location they really need to upgrade this train station and make it more eye appealing and efficient for travelers.

So everything went very well until the very end when we were about to get off and there was an older lady trying to get down from the second floor we had to wait few seconds, so as we were going to exit the train, they put it in out of service mode in Debary and the door shut right on my mom's leg, which caused her a big bruise. My mom is 73 years old and obviously this is not good for an older lady. If it would've been the other lady, that was a lot smaller and fragile she would've gotten really hurt. Where is the security procedure in this train? you have 30 seconds to get off the train ???? You need to have some Saftey procedure before someone gets hurt.

The owl there is in rough shape... doesn't really look real at all, but the train coming into the station is awesome, lots of good photos there. Air conditioned waiting area, at least, was good, though thew ait here was significantly longer than at the Hogsmeade side. Not sure if they were just better at filling folks and moving them from IoA to USF, or just fewer people headed to USF.

Then you buy your pass and navigate to your sunrail stop. Make sure your on the correct side!!! Haha I ran across last minute. I suggest giving yourself 15 mins extra if it's your first time. I traveled from the Tupperware station in Kissimmee to DeBary for my work meeting. The Sunrail has two levels. I sat at the top at a four person table equipped with a charger port. It was such a smooth ride. I was able to get work done on my computer using their complimentary wifi. The stops don't take very long. You barely notice they stop. The views are lovely and each stop seems to be located in a nice location. It's very inexpensive to buy a ticket and you can relax and avoid Florida traffic. I can't wait for them to open on weekends one day so I can go with my family to downtown Orlando events, the Zoo in Sanford or a nice day in downtown Winterpark. Highly suggest!!

I had the best experience with the I ride trolley yesterday. I accidentally left my phone on the…read morered line trolley and noticed right after getting dropped off at the stop to then pick up the green line trolley. I called the customer service phone number while I was waiting and they were able to help locate my phone and coordinate between both busses about my situation. When I was picked up by the green line, the driver told me that the red line driver was going to meet me at our final stop to give me my phone and I am happy to report, that's exactly what happened! Both drivers were kind and went above and beyond to help get me my phone. I had to catch a flight this morning so I don't know what I would have done without their help. Thank you, I ride for helping me and for turning a negative situation (brought on by me) and turning it into a positive experience! I really could feel that the company and staff have "people helping people" built into their values and culture.
