Owners Jodie and Don were really nice and accommodating- they were working hard to get the pool open as it was Memorial Day weekend. Nice little fishing pond out front and the kids and adults were all out there catching little blue gills. The park is only a 20 minute car ride to Presque Isle which is an awesome bike ride and there are lots of restaurants and pubs. There are lots of permanent residents but everyone was friendly. We took a day trip to Niagara Falls to do the Maid of the Mist- it's about two hours away. This is not a fancy park but I would highly recommend. Detour is 6 miles in a roundabout way through sheep pastures, cow pastures, horse stables, random deer in fields, tandem horses / buggy driving on an unimproved road, lots of horse and cow "muffins", and a huge fallen branch of a tree that obstructed half the road. Once at the KOA, we were pleased w bathrooms (the flush factor was fabulous), tent sites, other amenities. One of the better KOAs on this trip.

As a koa VIP member I expected "yes" As that is the way I have been treated at koa across the country. I was surprised that a request to return the unopened plastic bagged wood bundle was refused. The answer surprised me even more. "Too much bother" I'll find another koa next time too much bother to come to this one where being a VIP member means nothing

This campground is the type of place I always wanted to visit as a kid. It is huge with so many…read moreactivities that you could literally spend your entire vacation here and never leave the grounds. I recently visited with my partner and our two kids. Let's just say, we aren't totally the dedicated campers where we need to pitch tents, bring all the accessories and sleep on the ground. That's why this place especially stood out as they had luxury cabins for rent. Or as my partner said, I'm good as long as I have air conditioning and running water! The cabin came with a screened-in porch, an outdoor fire pit for evening s'mores, a loft where the kids slept, a full living room and kitchen with refrigerator another room with bunkbeds, a bathroom and then the master bedroom at the back of the cabin complete with dressers to put away your clothes. I'm one of those people that always unpacks and must have things organized, so it was a lifesaver. You can rent golf carts, highly recommended as the grounds are spacious and some of the cabins are located far away from the activities. There are also communal laundry facilities, which were great to have since we had to use them day 1 of our trip! The common area offers free activities like playgrounds, mini golf, character meet n' greets and wagon rides along with firetruck rides. Other activities cost extra like ceramic making, tie die shirt making, glitter tattoos and several others. Some nights they offer free movie screenings and other programs. Overall, this was like camping without the pain! That's my kind of camping. Cabin rentals are a little pricey, but with all that space, it could accommodate a large family or even combine it with others to help split the cost. Finally, the biggest hit was the water park. This is a can't miss. We got a poolside cabana and spent most of our days here. The kids didn't want to leave!

They have many lots open I stoped camping because I had to sell my camper but it was very nice place to camp friendly people I have only really had one problem and they got kicked out the person was stealing people's stuff but as long as you put away your stuff and don't leave it out you should be fine. I used to camp 24B lot and it was nice place to be. They even have weekend campers they have a spot for them and they have log cabins for people to sleep in and their is a dollar general down the road and a save a lot. Have a wonderful time camping.

We had pull through and lots of shade trees around. The sites were gravel and we needed to level a bit. Restrooms nice and clean. Nice camp store and a food truck that delivers right to the site! It was after Labor Day so no pool reviews from us. The camp staff couldn't have been nicer! I always am happy when I'm escorted to my site so I don't end up going the wrong way. Vineyards in the area and Lake Erie right across the street. I'd recommend this campground as a short stay.
