They tailor their workouts for the individuals either in a class or solo. The personal training is really great. It teaches you how to properly stretch and the proper way to lift weights. The classes are throughout the day and target different age groups and interests. They are designed for any level of difficulty. They give the group the assigned exercise. Then the instructor demonstrates the beginner level to the group. This is really great for those who want to ease into the sessions. The Boomer Bootcamp has done wonders for my mother and her friends. She has demonstrated increased strength, endurance and has lost weight over the last five months. She truly is eager to attend her classes and is more energized through out the day. The tidal wave class is very fun and at a faster pace than the boomer boot camp. It is based on rowing and intermixing other exercises. This class is very popular. Get here early! Massage: Wow! I can only say simply "the best massage I have ever received!" And I have experienced many massages and none of them have come close to this experience. She spent every minute diligently working and it was so relaxing. Plus, it generally means you're pairing up to complete the prescribed workout since equipment is limited (there are only so many rigs than can fit in a 6500 sq ft space!). In short, Burn is a great place for someone who needs to feel like they belong. There are different areas to work out in depending what you want to do so I tend to stick to some of the same areas. I really like the Body Pump classes. All the ladies are great instructors and it makes lifting more fun with the music. And it is also difficult and get for muscle endurance! They recently added Yoga which is a nice addition for a gym to not have to pay extra from the membership or go to a separate place to get Yoga classes.

Logan and Mena help you set realistic goals, keep you accountable, and encourage healthy habits, wellness, and nutrition that carry over into everyday life. Mena and Logan are amazing trainers. One of the worst things about the event was the sitting. Families buy tickets to support there family and they had to be spit up with other tables, they couldn't even sit with there own family. Thats was the worst part of it all. But other than that the event was truly a blessing to witness all of them wonderful people telling us their story. So happy I was able to witness such great fighter. Keep pushing you all.

That was not what I had asked for . Now I received an email from owner David saying that the trainer told him I made racist comments . How dare they accuse me of something I would never do and never had So, think twice before going there as that place is totally messed up . He just wants to not accept payment from Medicare so made up a lie
