Betsey who is the owner answered sweet & informative I arranged to come in today... and booked for the 150 dollar package (15 sessions) I arrive on time and when I entered I was surprised to see the machines with literal curtains and one with a door .. and she begins to tell me how all her machines are new and "new bulbs" so I was excited. As soon as I got into the room, I noticed the machines are SUPER OUTDATED ... if you know anything about tanning, you would know the machines that are up to date are digital screens & have a built-in fan Her machines were so outdated and had a portable fan standing on the trash can & no screen. I got in anyway, and it began. 0 heat, 0 warmth... I got up and asked her why the machine was having no heat or warmth. She started the BS that these are the latest and that tanning machines that get warm are "bad." I already began to be irritated and felt scammed, and boy was I right. After calling her out on her BS. I said I do not feel comfortable & would like a refund on the package, and want to pay only for the few minutes session I used today (she gave me back 110 dollars & kept 40 dollars), saying that's how much a 1 session costs. Also, let me know that it's heavily discounted. Makes no sense, but hey, a scammer is a scammer, I guess. STAY AWAY if you are used to actual tanning and modern machines with actual results; if you want to be swindled, go right on in.

To say that she is unprofessional, is laughable! She is the most meticulous person about her work. Her front desk receptionist/assistant, is one of the sweetest and most understanding people I've encountered. My tans are always great. That is, unless I mess something up. Don't get wet! That is the key. If you don't show up with the right clothing afterward and if you don't read the clearly defined instructions that she has given, then your tan will look splotchy. It's just a fact. Everyone's body composition is different. No human skin is evenly absorbent from top to bottom. You have to be realistic in the fact that some places may have more absorption. She isn't the creator of human kind capable of changing you seamlessly into a bronze sculpture for eternity, for $45. She is THE master of spray tans. Kendall is the one that always says to come back if anything looks weird. She has offered to fix tans for me for free when it was clearly my mistake. (I used a silicone stick-on bra within the first 24 hours! Ha ha ha) If you're the type of person that always pushes the envelope and runs late, if you don't read the way she accepts payments, and if you don't follow her instructions, you're not going to have a great experience. Because she is professional and she isn't going to make her next (responsible) client suffer because you were inconsiderate. It's okay, don't come back. She deserves to have a better clientele. I guarantee 100% that no one walks into Bronze De Beaut and doesn't feel welcomed and treated like you're part of her family. My tans with her have been nothing but amazing! The person told her that the membership would end. On my wife's last visit, she asked the front desk person again what would happen, and they told her that the membership would expire and end. Well...that was not true. I was looking over our finances, and I noticed a charge from Sunsation, and they have now been billing us for 5 months past our 3-month trial. My wife called and asked if they could cancel the membership and the person said she could not. You have to come in person and cancel the membership (so customer-friendly, I know). My wife asked if she could email and cancel that way, and the person said she doesn't think the business has an email (later, we found out they do have an email). Just be honest with people and build a business that takes care of people and doesn't play games like this. They told my wife twice that the membership would expire, and when she signed the contract, they should have told her that the 3-month contract auto-renews unless you come in and cancel. Terrible business. They don't care about people. Just want the money out of your pocket and it's your problem if you are too trusting. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS.
