The carnitas taco was smoky and bold in flavor. The chewiness of the meat gives the taco a more enjoyable experience. The shredded nature allows for the sauces to be trapped better. The pastor taco was really tender and sweet. The chicharron taco was a new one for me. It was amazing. The chicharron was incredibly crispy and fresh. It was in big chunks and had a small amount of fat in each bite. It was incredible. Overall this was an amazing taco experience that we had, and I will definitely come back here again in the future when near the airport.

Sorry we ate our tacos and burritos so fast that we forgot to take pictures. I offered to take family to Lax to check out this tip. Found the truck parked as stated. Luckily only one customer waiting for his big order. Customer(a regular)helped us pick out our order. There was only one guy manning the truck after 5pm. Chef and cashier all in one. Dorado taco (fried $2.75) Tues $1. 5/5 Birria taco (street soft$2.75) Tues $1 5/5 Birria burrito (huge!) $10 5/5 All served with onions & tomatoes, radish, lime, & salsa on the side if needed. Omg we all raved how good it was & generously filled with beef birria. Next time we would stop and eat here before or coming from Lax. Better than our regular stop at the burger joint for the out of town folks. Couldn't believed the regular prices are even better than what I pay in Riverside, Ca. We ran back & tipped the guy & told him we'll be back.
