Luckily only one customer waiting for his big order. Customer(a regular)helped us pick out our order. There was only one guy manning the truck after 5pm. Chef and cashier all in one. Dorado taco (fried $2.75) Tues $1. 5/5 Birria taco (street soft$2.75) Tues $1 5/5 Birria burrito (huge!) $10 5/5 All served with onions & tomatoes, radish, lime, & salsa on the side if needed. Omg we all raved how good it was & generously filled with beef birria. Next time we would stop and eat here before or coming from Lax. Better than our regular stop at the burger joint for the out of town folks. Couldn't believed the regular prices are even better than what I pay in Riverside, Ca. So I did notice something different. Instead of the traditional fine diced white onions, the tacos had thinly slice red oinions and cilantro on top!!! This subtle change is truly a game changer.
