I was craving some good taquitos w/guac, what I got here at Niko's was better. Ordered the taquitos/flautas and they were so flavorful, juicy, fresh and delicious. Of course being a birria lover, had to also try a taco with the consommé omg I'm telling you, you won't be disappointed!!! From the friendly and best looking staff, to the freshest great tasting salsa and food, I will definitely be back. A must try.

My favorite pastrami truck wasn't in the area, so I tried Niko's. Service was immediate and friendly. I was in the mood for a torte, so I ordered a birria torte. It was large, with plenty of tender birria, onions and a cup of consume. I enjoyed it very much. I though $16.50 was a rather steep price for a torte, considering most of the other trucks and stands in the area charge $10. I expected to pay a bit more for birria, but not 60% more. While the food was tasty, the value was quite poor.

The tacos were not bad, however I think the onions made the tacos soggy as hell. I didn't like soggy tacos, so maybe tell them to put onions/ cilantro etc on the side. Had an amazing experience here! The carne asada fries were incredible- generous portions of high-quality meat, perfectly paired with just the right amount of sauce and cheese. The crinkle cut fries are a game changer. The birria taco was full of flavor, with a nice kick of spice and a juicy, tender filling. There was a small issue with Grubhub- they allowed us to select a 7pm pick-up time, even though the place was already closed. But the staff went above and beyond to get in touch with us and stayed after hours to make sure we got our food. Truly incredible service. Highly recommend this place!

Hands down some of the best tacos I've had. The birria is incredibly flavorful--rich, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The tortillas are fresh and crisped just right, and dipping them into that consommé takes it to another level. Service was fast and friendly, and everything tasted fresh off the grill. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the quality is consistently on point. If you're even thinking about tacos, don't hesitate--this spot is 100% worth it. Very friendly service at this truck, very patient as we tried to figure out what to eat (though it was not very busy when we arrived). Tacos asada tacos are surprisingly good, served birria style. Just WOW!!! Everything is so good! Ordered the Birria soft tacos and by far the best I've ever had and I have had many! Meat was flavorful and tender. Tortillas perfectly dipped in the juices and lightly grilled to perfection! The consommé was perfect. Many serve it super watery and lacking flavor. Niko's is not only delicious but has bits of meat in the broth. Off the charts delicious! Everyone who knows me, knows I'm a food snob. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU LIKE GETTING RIPPED OFF This place has no prices posted.... I ended up ordering the asada fries for 17.50, they were decent but the portion was soooo skimped, around half the amount anywhere else would give you and I felt more ripped off than any other spot I've been to. I wanted to get 4 birria tacos but only had 20$ (3 birria tacos cost 18.50) EXTREMELY OVERPRICED WITH NO PRICES ON MENU! read more

Was recommended this place by yelp, kids were starving after training, was charged over $13 for a bean, cheese, and rice burritos. Very small for the high price paid and was mostly tortilla and not the main ingredients, do not take Yelps recommendation. read more

Super tasty birria ramen and very friendly service. I asked for an over easy egg in there, which I thought made it even better. The birria itself was tender and delicious. Salsa that came with the dish was fresh and tasted great. Though, I thought the "super hot" chili oil based hot sauce could have been a little hotter, but that's just me. Stopped here after a flight and so happy that I did. We were nervous they wouldnt be open because it was pouring rain! But they were. Wife and I got steak burritos w everything on it. The meat was tender and extremely flavorful. It came w a side of consomme. This will forever be the spot for late night grub after landing at LAX. Or perhaps before flights now. Went to the food truck and ordered. The birria tacos we had were stale and had too much cheese. We also ordered the trio plate and the only really good taco that stood out was the carne asada. The service was relatively quick but this was the most I've spent on a total of six tacos. read more

Drove out for their tacos and was worth the commute from the valley. Plenty of parking and was very easy to back into an open spot and tailgate. Walked to Ralph's to grab a soda and water after ordering. The chicken & birria tacos were absolutely amazing. They were able to make minor accommodations to the order for me which was awesome. Ordering was very fast and efficient and it only took 5 mins to pick up. The tacos were fresh and had a crunch to them in a very good way. The consommé was the perfect match to the tacos. I also ordered the quesadilla & my wife ordered the torta. Finally a really good food truck in a great location. Will return back whenever waiting to pick up family from lax. read more
