However, I had a ride back home already. Good to know though for future services. The people at the front desk were friendly, as well as a few of the techs I got to interact with. Service was completed in about 5 hours, they even cleaned up my car for me(car wash, wiped down/vacuumed interior). Totally unexpected but greatly appreciated. They only provided a number for the repair without even looking at the car. I came in for a simple safety inspection I should have taken 7 minutes and in the half hour that I waited they didn't even get to the person's vehicle that was ahead of me in line. There were zero sense of urgency to get these people in and out the lady that was ahead of me had to leave for work in 9 minutes and they hadn't done her inspection yet I had somewhere that I needed to be and now I wasted a half hour of my life sitting there in a lobby waiting to have my car looked at and never got looked at. I brought my car here for other things before and it's been the same ammo there's no sense of urgency something simple takes longer than it needs to they always insist on signing you up for text messaging even though you tell them repeatedly I do not want to be text messaged. Today was the straw that broke the proverbial camel's back. I will not be back.
