My car battery was drained and I didn't realize it in the middle of the night when I was at the store. When I went to try to start my car, it was dead because I left the lights on. If I could give negative stars I would. This company was dispatched to us by Progressive Insurance roadside assistance because we locked our keys inside our car. The driver called me and complained about having to pay to get inside the state park to get to us (we were parked inside the state park). The driver then asked if the park would even be open when he arrived- both questions I answered that I did not know the answer. The driver was a rude jerk and because I couldn't tell him if he was going to have to pay $10 to get in told me that he was just going to cancel the service and told me good luck getting help. TERRIBLE customer service. I will make sure everyone knows about this and I will never ever recommend this place for its rude agents. UPDATE: I call total BS that your priority is to help and provide service to your customers. In your side of the story, you forgot to mention that I relayed to you that there was no ranger on duty, and that I went and knocked on the door of the house located at the main gate thinking maybe someone there could help us. You also left out that I relayed to you that we hadn't seen any ranger the entire time we were at the park. I guess that doesn't make your side of the story sound as good huh? This park fee was handled on the honor system, so realistically, you could've gotten in without even paying any fee. If your concern was gas prices why did you even accept the dispatch from the insurance roadside assistance? Doesn't make sense. Did you have any idea that we were the only ones left at the park after the sun went down, not a camper, ranger, or other person in sight? Nope, I guess you forgot to ask that question when you were making your "friendly" inquisitions, that were met with my "hostility". I was alone with children in a deserted area- if you've been doing this for years you can't tell me that stress and nervousness has had all of your customers greeting you with sunshine and rainbows?! I have no idea what you were talking about with me being cold- that was the least of my concerns, but I guess it's a good way to beef up your story. I appreciate you pointing out that I was part of the 1% that isn't thrilled with your customer service skills- I always knew I was one of a kind. If you really were interested in helping me or solving this un-publicly, you would've answered my call after you hung up on me after telling me good luck getting service. But you sent me to voicemail- stellar customer service right?! And for your comment about you being the guy people want to unlock their door- I guess your impulsive cancellation will always cause question to that statement. And hopefully will cause people to think before giving you business and their money. Your lengthy response still warrants negative stars. read more

O.M.G! Dan was a life saver when my car sputtered to a stop at 11pm on a cold, foggy night. He swiftly came to the rescue and towed my car to my selected destination, all the way practicing safety and social distancing. This is my second time using him. The first time I needed a jump and he was very fast and professional then too. I highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of a tow, jump, or lockout. read more
