This is just based on my extremely superficial knowledge of medieval architecture and people, which is all to say that this little shop has old timey charm. They manage to pack a whole lot of products into one small store, with shelves filled with jams, chocolate, crackers, accoutrements, and of course many refrigerators filled with cheese. I came in wanting a sampling of cheese with different flavor profiles, and the woman behind the counter was extremely helpful suggesting cheese made with different types of milk, with various textures and made sure I wasn't picking cheeses that were too similar to one another, which I really appreciated. I also got some rosemary crackers and a baguette to eat with the cheese. Every cheese I got was absolutely fantastic, maybe some of the best cheese I've ever tried. I'm having a hard time recalling the names of the cheeses but put your trust into the hands of the woman at the shop and she will not lead you astray. It left a lasting impression on me.
