I was able to run out and back home to grab something I left at home, but got called shortly after I was back. Quest Diagnostics has an easy patient portal/website to navigate. I had a fairly smooth visit for routine labs. The space for Quest - Sherman Oaks needs a bit of tlc inside the offices, you can tell things have just be refreshed with paint, but overall dated. Parking is shared with The Oaks Healthcare Campus center along with Mend Urgent Care, a pharmacy and others. You can find this Q.D. on the second floor via stairs or elevator in room/suite 208. Open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am til 4:30pm

Despite arriving so early, I wasn't seen until 2:40 p.m. What upset me the most was Carolina's attitude. When I asked her a question, she abruptly shut the door in my face in a way that felt rude and disrespectful. Afterward, I could hear her and a coworker laughing together in the back, which made me feel very uncomfortable. When I asked the coworker for Carolina's name, she ignored me several times, and I had to ask four times before getting an answer. They continued giggling, making me feel like they were joking about the situation instead of treating me professionally. I understand that delays can happen, but there is no excuse for disrespectful customer service. Patients deserve to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, especially when they are already waiting for medical services. I hope management addresses this behavior so future patients have a better experience.
