I used to love and recommend this place. After today, I can no longer do that. I will be pulling my daughter's prescriptions qand my wife's as well. I don't know if they changed ownership or what, but the new people there are money hungry & greedy. I've had trouble getting prescriptions filled before because of stock issues, but I have never had a pharmacist tell me that they will not fill my prescription because "they don't make any money on that drug". What the actual F? I can't believe those words came out of his mouth. Sure, he's being honest, I guess... but I think he's in the wrong profession and should rethink his career choice. read more

This is a one man operation. He claimed that the Insurer would not cover a very expensive medication -- a call to the insurer showed it was covered. He had said he would fill out the insurance form -- not to the best of my knowledge.. He finally filled forms out on 11/8 -- while I waited for them. He seemed to have no idea how to do the small amount required of the Pharmacist. Would you want to do business with a Pharacy which wants you to pay first -- and does not want to do the forms? Really small pharmacy with nothing on the shelves. They exist to mix special prescriptions for local doctors. Be very careful to make sure they take your insurance. They told me they didn't take Medicare and I had to pay cash - full price. Turns out they do take Medicare but you have to be insistant. I'm still battling with these guys. read more

If you are not patient, like your items ready, labeled proper and always the correct medications for the patient (unlike other pharmacies in town) this is the place for you. Short waits, can get meds next day for nearly anything you need, can in-house customize meds by compounding them just for you, always a friendly and clean atmosphere and the lead pharmacist Navine who runs the whole place is professional, makes deliveries on his time post-closed store when I was sick/injured & has never made a mistake. In fact, he has things ready before i even remember that I need it and he's just a pleasure to deal with! The entire staff there is also wonderful. Can't find one thing to complain about after going there for 3 years now! Navine is knowledgeable on medications, complications, contraindications, and more. On a final note, his shelf of last min items is also very helpful if in a time crunch for random supplies. A+ everyday, he makes you leave with a smile as he's always pleasant and works as fast as he can for your happiness! Very appreciated and lucky to have him near me! read more

This pharmacy was truly amazing and literally a life saver! I would be in the hospital if it wasn't for a wonderful man seeing the truth! My previous pharmacy had shut down and automatically send ALL my information to Walgreens. I've never really cared for Walgreens,ppl were either VERY rude or I'm sorry,just plain weird! I called first to see if there would be an increase in what I had been paying previously,one of of my perceptions was 375.00$ I asked them and they did not carry my brand but I could get theirs for 475.00 -generic- I said that's a pretty big increase in what I had previously been paying,the pharmacist then said I don't know what to tell you and hung up on me! I decide to bring them my prescriptions to them and look for my other prescription somewhere else,they said ok we will have the rest done tomorrow. Ok great,I take my other one over to CVS and they won't fill it,so I take it back to Walgreens and just going to have to deal with the money. I call the next day to see if they are ready and they are telling me they had to call my doctor first to get the medical code,ok fine,not happy but ok. I call the next day and I'm told one is ready but still waiting on the other one,this was at 9:30 am By 2:30 pm I call back and was told to please come in a get my prescriptions,that they couldn't fill them! I asked why and was told they could not talk about that info over the phone and had to speak with the pharmacist. I go to Walgreens and told them my name,a moment later a woman tells me she's the head pharmacist and her beliefs will not let her fill my prescription! I said you know if I do not take this medication I WILL go into seizures and elliptic shock? That I will die from not taking this? She says yes I know but I'd rather see you die that way then a "possible" drug overdose. I asked,did you LOOK at MY folder? Did you see my diagnosis and that I've been on this same medication for 17 YEARS!? No I didn't look,I just know that my beliefs won't allow me to put my name on those and I think your doctor has no idea what he is doing and needs to quit or go back to medical school! She NEVER looked at my chart? How would she know ANYTHING about my doctor of 15 years! A specialist I might add.. But after ALL that and almost 5 days later this AMAZING pharmacy came to my rescue! I was in tears of joy when he looked at it and her "notes" she added to my prescription and he shook his head and said I can fill it no problem,he wasn't able to give me my normal brands but matched the price on what I had been paying! Thank you so much for taking the time to really LOOK at a person AND their medical records and really SEE what's going on do their jobs and fill what a DOCTOR ‍ wrote based on his MANY visits over a 15 year history.
