I took the boys to lunch and Noah chose Meddy's. The line was long but the lady at the counter was quick to get the others. Noah ordered the Succulent Chicken (not pictured) because he devoured it pretty quickly. Lol. He did say it was yummy. Houston had the Chicken and Fries which also came with a small drink for $1.99! This was my first time eating at Meddys and it didn't disappoint! I ordered the Banging Beef and Succulent Chicken Shawarma's. The beef had such good flavor and the chicken was very moist! I'm so sad to report that the quality of this place has really gone down. When we went, the tables were dirty we weren't greeted. It takes a super long time for the food to come out. Hummus is always delicious and consistent, but the ground lamb is oily greedy And lacking flavor. The oil that they place table side is of such low quality and it also has a very strange taste to it. Sad to say different locations have better food if that makes sense. The location on Greenwich has more consistent entrées. But the tables are dirty and in need of wipe down in the back. My daughter's salad was filled with brown lettuce. No Kalamata olives poorly dressed it was dry. It actually just looked like a bowl of brown slimy romaine and she had to pick through it to get to the edible parts and the steak was so tough and gristly just awful. The half chicken continues to be their best menu item. And sometimes the potatoes are undercooked. . read more

Lina gave absolute stellar service when I brought my girlfriend in the for the first time tonight. Super helpful and took her time to explain the salads to my girl. Even had a bag ready for our extra chips when we went to leave. And it was all so DELICIOUS as always! Meet the Business Owner: Alex H.

Alex Harb opened the first Meddys opened in 2014 with a Chipotle-esque, urban-fast-casual aesthetic, topping the menu with shawarma wraps. In October of 2016, he opened a second location and, based on feedback from customers, designed what he hopes will be the prototype for his chain. His goal is "500 Meddys across the country."

How I love this place! We order takeout at least twice a week and have been coming here for around 6 years. The food never disappoints and the staff is super fantastic. In particular Ms. Lina at the Harry & Rock location might as well be family as we think the world of her. Meddy's is the perfect example of a restaurant that forms a bond with the community. Not only does Meddy's excel in making food but their customer service is unmatched. This is the type of restaurant where you get to know the employees by name. We consider Meddys one of the great "finds" of our relocation to Wichita! Often we find ourselves driving by and automatically pulling into the parking lot to grab our favorite food! I think the overall food selection for "fast Mediterranean" is really good. I could see a chain of these stores. We've dined in and my wife bright home a spread - both were pretty good. Dining area is a little "a fast foodish plastic cold" dining area, but adequate for what you pay for the food. Staff is friendly and portions pretty large. The hummus and chips and per my sons..."Just get me more of that rice!" LOL, where are the taste palettes fellas - try something different and enjoy the flavors. The first thing that happens when I walk into Meddy's? I am greeted politely by the Meddy's employees. The environment is positive and friendly. Isn't that a place everyone would like to eat? Not only are the employees and the environment friendly, BUT THE FOOD IS LITERALLY AMAZING. Chicken Schwarma is to die for. Also, the shoe string fries! I am full by the time I finish my meal, but that won't stop me from coming again for my next meal. Great place, definitely deserves the five stars. :) read more

Not sure how to say it other than they're not great but not bad either. The food is good but unfortunately overpriced. It's a fast food setting but it takes a long time for food to arrive. If they want to be fast food Mediterranean then they need to up their game and lower their prices as they're not succeeding. If they ditch trying to be fast food and spend just a little more time on the food then they'd be worth the price. read more

It's been forever since I enjoyed a restaurant! We were greeted with a welcome to Meddys by a team leader Kenedy as soon as we walked in. Arrived at 6:30 PM on a Thursday afternoon. Walked up to the counter after a slight wait. Place is fairly busy. Got my food within 7 minutes. Had the beef shawarma platter with fries and tabouli. Food is amazing every time we go. We ordered off Postmates tonight and noticed half our order wasn't delivered. We called Maddy's to inquire about a refund and they brought the food to our house and threw in some free baklava! Wonderful restaurant with great employees. read more
