Excellent pharmacy! Using for 20 years. Reps are very helpful and if you leave a call back number if all busy called back within a hour or so. They deliver! A big plus for older folks or someone home sick and need an antibiotic right away. Delivery service is late evening but will leave script inside between the screen door and wooden door and ring doorbell. Works well when it takes you a while using a walker to get to the door. If I could leave no stars I would. The energy in this place is so unwelcoming. The way the older lady in the front treated me so coldhearted. I would never make someone feel how she made me feel like I wasn't even human. Then the pharmaceutical employees were unresponsive and hardly showed interest. Just don't go here. Do not use this pharmacy! They never answer the phone or call anyone back. My patient has been without her medication for 24 hr and is experiencing withdrawal symptoms. They promised it would go out today. We called 4 times in a week and never heard back. After calling the line for physicians they answered. This is not the first time, its a common occurrence with them. I keep encouraging my patient to switch pharmacies but she wouldn't. After this horrible experience hopefully she switches. Aside from the complete lack of professionalism from the pharmacists down to the delivery drivers, this pharmacy never has any medication's in stock. I have never before seen a pharmacy that will confirm for you that your medication is in stock, and will be filled, only to call you an hour later and tell you that they don't have it in stock and they don't know when they'll have it. There have been some medications that my boyfriend takes that are daily use, vital medications and they have pulled the same stunts. I don't know how this place stays in business, they have a ton of staff and can never get anything accomplished. I can't imagine that their clientele is anywhere near as big as it was when they first opened. They are so unimpressive, so unorganized, beyond rude and unprofessional. You're never allowed to speak to a pharmacist, unless you tell the woman at the counter why you want to speak to the pharmacist, which I shouldn't have to. The conversation I have with my pharmacist is none of the business of a receptionist. Their delivery service would be great, if it were actually a delivery service. It took me over a week to get prescription strength ibuprofen delivered because, every time I went to pick it up, they would tell me the delivery driver had it. When it didn't get delivered, I would go back. They would tell me the delivery driver had it. I finally caught all three delivery drivers in the parking lot one evening and all three of them confirmed that they did not have my medication in their cars, yet I had just been told that it was out with the delivery driver not five minutes before that. The absolute worst. They let prescriptions sit for days until you call them. They had me listed under a completely different insurance than I gave them and tried to bill me a copay I wasn't responsible for paying. It's actually painful interacting with them. Save yourself the trouble. read more

The customer service at Medford Chemist is horrible! My mother who has dementia receives her meds through them. For a couple of years they were delivered to my her door with no problem. I don't know what changed but all of a sudden they're unable to deliver meds to the door. Which is necessary because my mother can not be left alone. When I brought this to the attention of the person who identified herself as the "director," she was very unprofessional and outright disrespectful. She seemed very annoyed and she spoke over me. She was not interested in hearing what I had to say. She did not care that my mom can not be left alone. She even asked me, who stays with my mother when the aide goes to the bathroom! At this point I knew I was dealing with an unreasonable person and probably unstable. When the meds were delivered, the person who dropped off the meds repeated some of the terrible things to the aide that was said to me by the "director." This included the strong suggestion that I find another pharmacy. Well, needless to say, I will be looking for another pharmaceutical company that treats their customers with respect. They have a pharmacy that is attached to them. Both Medford chem and pharmacy 112 are amazing. They care about customers. My son is special needs and has problems taken medicine. They flavor medicine for me all the time for a small up charge. In the past CVS has been disrespectful and un willing to help or answer questions. Am so happy I found this place. Absolutely disgusting way they do business! First of all, the delivery drivers have not only driven around for days with prescriptions, they have even left controlled substances in the doorway or mailbox for ANYONE to take them. They never ask for the co-payment and even during a pandemic, they continue to charge 'late fees' when not paid in full. I have paid all my co-payments yet still being billed for over $30 in 'fees'. My husband needs a prescription from his cardiologist and was told he owed $6 - never once has gotten a bill for - so they will not deliver! He has to do without this medicine now until he's off from work on Saturday to go down there - he will pay the $6 they claim he owes, get his heart medicine and no doubt flip about their holding him off from having it in his system. NEVER again will we send ANY prescriptions to them or their Pharmacy 112 when there are so many other druggists who treat customers decent. read more

To reiterate over and over how they care for their clients, they have poor customer service. When one doesn't like your issue or complaint, they hand you to someone else. They also do their deliveries after the pharmacy closes, after 9 P.M to be exact! No one should be dropping off meds at that hour, especially if there are papers that need to be signed. When asked what about us individuals that have staff and can't get out of bed once they're alone, I was told that I could take my business elsewhere. This is not the proper response. I was also told that my meds would be delivered before 9 and they were not. My suggestion to the company would be to have drivers operate during normal business hours and definitely improve customer service and response. read more
