So I hit up the closest one to them with a request for a same day print job. It came out great, was done in the expected time frame, and clearly was a big hit. Seriously considering transferring all my prescriptions out of here. Whenever I call to speak to anyone with a question about my medications, they pick up only to put you on hold without saying a word. This happens multiple times on one phone call. Three stars for being nice in person, but trying to get someone on the phone to speak to is too difficult. read more

If I could give this store 100000 stars I would. Bill the store manager is the most amazing person this holiday season and I am so glad to see there are still amazing, thoughtful, caring people in this world. I originally ordered through DoorDash for flour and chocolate to send to a nearby high school. My girlfriend is a teacher and was planning to make dog biscuits with her special needs class as a lesson plan. She got to school this morning and found out the flour she had there and expected to be there was already used, and she couldn't do the lesson plan. I told her not to worry I would send it to her by door dash and I would add some chocolate to send the kids a little treat for the holidays too! I placed the order, and then 30 min later got a text "they don't have it. Thank you" I called the store. They most certainly did have it. I wasn't aware the dashers go there to pick it themselves, but they had a lot of it so they obvious weren't looking. But now the door dash order was cancelled and it was a confusing fiasco. I explained the situation to Bill and asked if he could pick the order and I would re order it on door dash and tell them to pick it up at the counter. He did one even better! He told me to place the order on the app for curbside pick up and he would PERSONALLY deliver it himself as he had somewhere to go anyway. I asked if I could Venmo him tip money to which he declined and said " a thank you is more then enough, this is what the holiday season is about, and now the kids can make their dog biscuits!" I don't live local , about an hour away otherwise I would have done it myself, it's not that I was just being lazy. Bill has single handedly restored my faith in humanity. He was so kind, so generous and so sweet and I am so grateful there are still people like him in this world. Thank you SO SO much Bill. You made the kids day and my girlfriends as well!!! Extremely unprofessional I had vidio which was to be transferred to DVD. They lost the film and said nothing they can do. Their unprofessional approach to the problem further magnified the entire situation. I still have no idea where my film is and Walgreens hasn't bothered to reach out to me. I am wondering if this is how this store is being managed Is it possible my medical prescriptions are also mishandled, this is of great concern to me. I will NEVER do business with unprofessional Walgreens again,I will from here on patronize the more professional CVS. I have to say this Walgreens has done an outstanding job in serving the public. Their prices are very fair and they're very nice in there. I went in there expecting to pay two or three dollars for one roll of paper towels because I had just left the BP gas station that was charging $15 for a case of water plus the five cent deposit for every bottle. And three dollars for one roll of toilet paper.But not here a whole case of bounty paper towels was $10 and a case of water was 4 dollars eat to go to Walgreens thank you read more

I enrolled in Silver Script for Part D prescription medication. Under the plan CVS and Pharmacy 112 are the preferred pharmacy. I didn't like the customer service at CVS so I went to Walgreens expecting to pay a higher copay but surprisingly the cost was lower! It's cheaper to go to Walgreens which is out of network than it is to go in network. Spread the word. read more

Had a similar experience to the reviewer before me: noticed this place across from Lowe's a few weeks back and picked up a photo order there today. The store is still shiny & clean-ish-smelling, with a fairly unorthodox but slightly improved design compared to other Walgreens locations. While the cashier did acknowledge some dude behind me so he could skip to the front, he turned out to be efficient & friendly. Certainly not a bad start. read more

This place opened up recently and I have already had such a great experience with them. When you walk in, it still has that "smell" of a new store. The floors are shining!! I made a quick stop here one night to fill some prescriptions. I was sure I was going to have to stop by the next day to pick them us ( as I always do with Rite Aid) but the pharmicist told me it would only be 5 minutes and YES, it was only 5 minutes. She was very friendly as well. Just yesterday I had to make a very quick stop here to pick up supplies for my husband as he is going to be in the hospital for a long time. I was looking for a watch for him and a young man was trying to help me out. I told him I did not need anything fancy. He quickly found out that they were out of watches, but he found me a small clock that would be able to stand on a night table. He went out of his way to help me and even apologized for making me run around the store. I truly appreciated his help. I had to leave quickly and I never got his name, but he is definitely a terrific employee! Walgreens is luck to have him! read more

This pharmacy has the most terrible service I've ever experienced on Long Island. I went there to make a simple passport photo and the first one looked like I was terminally ill. I went back with my own picture and the guy didn't zoom in enough so post office rejected it. So I went back again, to get it right only to find out that according to "their policy" I have to pay again to get it done. The manager there has an attitude problem and just kept rehearsing the same phrase regardless of the fact that he himself messed up this picture. Unless you want to pay $50 for your picture and still not be able to get it done DON'T GO HERE. Terrible service, unprofessional staff, and that manege must be fired! read more
