Originally, I put a project estimate request to another mounting service that had excellent reviews. That other company didn't respond until a few days later. I checkboxed, "get competing quotes". Out of left field, Steve with MediaVerge, replies asking if its over a fireplace, if I needed a mount, and do cables need to be concealed. I did need the TV mounted over a fireplace, I had a mount, and luckily I already had the cables concealed from the pre-existing TV. I have a 65" TV to hang on my wall and like to hide the power and HDMI cables inside the wall. Before Steve came, he texted me two options of hiding the cables inside the wall. I put out a request to several companies on Yelp! this weekend to replace a 65" TV in my family room with a new 75" TV and replace a 50" TV in the master with the 65" TV. Some of the companies I contacted provided a flat rate, some provided a quote based on the number of TVs but Steve, he asked questions before providing the quote. The fact he asked questions demonstrated to me that this wasn't just another cookie cutter job for him and that he was providing attentive and individualized experience. That sealed it for me!
