I'll be honest--I had previously booked my TV install with someone else (eep!)... BUT they ghosted on me on the day of the appointment. Furious, I took to Yelp to find someone to help me in my time of need lol. In retrospect, I am actually glad they ghosted on me, because Steve more than rose to the occasion! I reached out around 4:30 on Monday afternoon and within the hour, I had booked with Steve for the following day. I had two TVs that needed mounting. One is a 42" that I wanted installed in my bedroom, and the other is a 58" that I wanted to have mounted in the living room (where the 42" was mounted at the time). Steve showed up right on time, to the minute actually! He was extremely professional and honest. One of the walls in my condo proved to be extremely difficult. The wall has two sheets of drywall and then plywood between my and my neighbor's condos. Steve tried everything in the book and came up with a solution to get the Power Bridges to stick into the wall. He came very prepared and had extra HDMI cables that were waaay cheaper than the ones I prepped myself with from Best Buy. Now, I have two beautifully mounted TVs and I am one happy camper! I would 10/10 (more like 100 out of 10) recommend MediaVerge if you want to mount your TV! Steve was the best. I got several quotes from different companies, and not only was Steve's pricing reasonable but he also responded quickly & professionally (gave me a full breakdown of pricing, options, and answered all of my questions, sent me pics of what it would look like). Not to mention he is a really pleasant person! He is punctual (in fact, even offered to arrive early as tends to run ahead of schedule) and attentive to the appearance of the TV after mounting (making sure it looks straight etc). He went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!! Upon first mounting TV it looked just slightly crooked (NOT his fault! he put it on completely level, but my fireplace ledge below was off-level so it just appeared crooked). He took the TV on and off, adjusting it several times, until I was completely happy with it, not stopping until then :D He even texted me afterwards asking if it looked ok as the light changed in the room, which was such a thoughtful thing to do. Of course, no further changes are needed b/c my TV looks absolutely perfect and straight!!! Lastly, this company will NOT rip you off. I talked to other TV mounting business that quoted 2x the amount and pushed extra services/accessories. Steve did not do this and it even ended up less than my original quote bc he made a suggestion on an alternative accessory. Steve will give you advice on TV placement and he travels with a full truck of supplies, including extra mounts if something is amiss with any of the materials you provide for him.
