First, at least 2 lady friends of mine who are lovely and and super-fit see Keri. I consider them ideals of feminine strength and beauty, and would have never known that they have PA Keri to help give Mother Nature a little help. We do all the things: good nutrition, work out, yoga, massage, stress management, mindfulness. So our bodies and mental health are youthful. I, at age 49, am the most fit I have every been and am often asked if I compete in fitness competitions or am a fitness instructor. Yet despite all I do, my face looks older than my youthful body and spirit. So I was lucky to score a consult with Keri. She was an excellent listener, understood my concerns about my face aging while my body looked young and fit, and I had "virgin skin" at age 49: never a Botox treatment, filler, facial peel, or anything! Keri was professional, empathetic, and efficient as she educated me on my best choices to reduce the crows feet around my eyes. We only had time for a muscle-freezing treatment such as Botox, and she ran the numbers for me and gave me a price range that was well within my budget. She was kind enough to ask me what my budget was in advance - kudos! The treatment itself was virtually painless - a few shallow needle pinches here and there around and between my eyes. I had no bleeding or bruising. She recommended DEJ Eye Cream, which I purchased. I had my post-treatment follow up with Keri and WOW what a difference! The wrinkles around my eyes were greatly reduced and she used a technique that helped lift my eyebrows a bit, giving me an open-eyed and energetic yet TOTALLY NATURAL appearance! I liked the DEJ Eye Cream so much that I bought a The Revision Starter Limited Edition Trial Regimen - see what it contains on the Revision website. When I saw friends, they all remarked on how great I looked. They asked me if I'd had my hair done, etc. My date stopped and said, "you look so beautiful tonight." I purchased a package from Woodhouse last summer and the front desk staff reiterated SEVERAL times that the package was for 18 months. I am positive I inquired about the expiration multiple times. It is also impossible to get anyone there to answer the phone. I called 6 times in the last two days to reschedule my appointment and no one answered the phone until my actual appointment time. I still called one last time as a courtesy and what do you know, someone finally answered. I was then told in a rather snooty tone "We've been up front with the phones all day so we would have known if you called." Perhaps they should actually answer the phone if they are up front watching them ring.... I have had a mixed bag of technicians here. Mostly positive experiences, but their staff turns over very frequently and I've also had pretty sub par massages. I hope they turn it around because the facility is beautiful and there really isn't another nice spa on this side of town.

Rather than just saying because you're allergic to bee venom we can't inject Juvederm she asked me a bunch of questions. I've had Botox here recently. All of my allergies are listed in my file. I asked why they made the appointment knowing that. She told me the person who gave me Botox noted she had discussed the bee venom allergy. We never had that conversation because I wasn't even considering Juvederm. Again, if that were the case I wouldn't have made the appointment and Rejuvenate shouldn't have made the appointment. If you're reading this and you're allergic to bee venom it's not the Juvederm it's the enzyme hyaluroniidase that is used if they need to break down the Juvederm. If you don't like the results or in rare cases a vascular occlusion. I have an appointment with a doctor for Juvederm. Don't believe that because you're allergic to bee venom you absolutely can't get Juvederm. Do some research. Kelsey let me know she didn't want an incident/problem like that on her resume. Rejuvenate should have this information on their website. So like me you don't waste your time.
