The Viking dishwashers were 3400. They were used improperly by a tenant and when called Willmans Scott shows up to tell me to throw them out. Not worth fixing. I showed him out and called appliance genie. They came and fixed the machine. The issue with the high end machines is that repair people don't wNt to work with the manufacturer on phone because they make the most money doing quick non technical repairs. After setting a time with them, they called three hours early--while I was at work--to ask if the repair person could come at that moment. "Of course not" was the reply. They refused to send their COI, as instructed, directly to my building's management company. Incapable of entering an email address, I guess. When I finally passed on the COI, the management company told me they did not have the proper umbrella liability insurance and workers comp. I passed this on. JC ignored what I had written in the email and just sent the COI again with no explanation. So then I had to call them and they told me they don't have workers comp or umbrella liability which is something most buildings in New York ask for. So then I had to cancel the repair. Wasted a couple days on this, so at least now you don't have to.
