Outstanding Service from Brian at Anytime Appliance…read more We chose Anytime Appliance because they are an authorized Viking service company, and with our older Viking Professional range, we wanted technicians who truly knew the product. It turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. Our range had been severely damaged during our kitchen renovation after being moved multiple times by contractors. It developed a dangerous gas leak, and several burners no longer worked properly. Since our Viking is an older model with limited replacement parts, we were concerned it might not be repairable. Brian arrived promptly and immediately began diagnosing the problem. Although it initially appeared the gas leak was coming from another source, he carefully traced it to the left-side burners of our Viking range. He ordered the necessary parts and returned to install them. During the repair, he noticed the rear burner still wasn't burning propane correctly. Rather than accepting it as "good enough," Brian dug deeper and discovered that an internal component supplied by Viking was actually incorrect. What impressed us most was Brian's tenacity and commitment to doing the job right. He contacted Viking directly, worked with their parts department, and ensured they sent the corrected component. He then returned to install it, and today our Viking range works beautifully. Brian didn't just replace parts--he solved the underlying problem. His technical expertise, persistence, honesty, and genuine pride in his work are exceptional. He returned multiple times until everything was perfect, and because of his diligence, he even identified and helped correct an issue involving Viking's own parts department. It is rare today to find someone who truly cares about their customers and refuses to give up until the job is done right. Brian saved our beloved Viking range when we thought it might be beyond repair. A few months later our combo microwave/oven had shut off unexpectedly, and we felt confident calling them again for this since we purchased all of our appliances from the store, and they recommended them. They came out a few times between the week of Thanksgiving in November-December 2025. First it was an electrical board issue- which they rerouted so we can use the oven. We were told they needed to order a part, and they'd call us to schedule once they received the part. The part came in, but it was wrong and the job couldn't be completed. They needed to order a new part. That was in Feb/March... again they came out in April, and still couldn't complete the job because the part was not right. Well now it's almost July, we still don't have a working microwave. No calls. No communication. Kyle, the repair tech was professional, and timely. No complaints on the guys who came to do the work. The company is not charging us for the extra repairs, so of course this has fallen on deaf ears and we have not heard from them in months. We have had to purchase another microwave and put it on our kitchen island because it's been 7-8 months without resolution.

Stay Away! I called…read moreAtlas (Jimmy) to fix my stove, which had a broken burner. While initially he was quite responsive, everything went downhill quickly. He sent someone who not only didn't fix the burner, he broke another one. That person said that they needed more parts to fix both burners and that they would call back when they were ready. We never got a call. This began several weeks of pestering Jimmy on the status of the parts, because he would never call us. He eventually replied that they were on backorder but would tell me when they were ready again. After a long period of silence, we called him back and he mentioned that the parts were discontinued, he just never bothered to tell us and that he wouldn't do anything to compensate us for the stove his team made worse. He said that there was nothing that could be done to fix it. I called a different company, they came in, had the parts (not on backorder) and fixed it within a week. I'm mad at myself for trusting Jimmy for as long as I did, because we could have gotten results so much sooner. Don't use Atlas, they just make things worse.
