Outstanding Service from Brian at Anytime Appliance We chose Anytime Appliance because they are an authorized Viking service company, and with our older Viking Professional range, we wanted technicians who truly knew the product. It turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. Our range had been severely damaged during our kitchen renovation after being moved multiple times by contractors. It developed a dangerous gas leak, and several burners no longer worked properly. Since our Viking is an older model with limited replacement parts, we were concerned it might not be repairable. Brian arrived promptly and immediately began diagnosing the problem. Although it initially appeared the gas leak was coming from another source, he carefully traced it to the left-side burners of our Viking range. He ordered the necessary parts and returned to install them. During the repair, he noticed the rear burner still wasn't burning propane correctly. Rather than accepting it as "good enough," Brian dug deeper and discovered that an internal component supplied by Viking was actually incorrect. What impressed us most was Brian's tenacity and commitment to doing the job right. He contacted Viking directly, worked with their parts department, and ensured they sent the corrected component. He then returned to install it, and today our Viking range works beautifully. Brian didn't just replace parts--he solved the underlying problem. His technical expertise, persistence, honesty, and genuine pride in his work are exceptional. He returned multiple times until everything was perfect, and because of his diligence, he even identified and helped correct an issue involving Viking's own parts department. It is rare today to find someone who truly cares about their customers and refuses to give up until the job is done right. Brian saved our beloved Viking range when we thought it might be beyond repair. First of all he was completely honest and tried his best to help us avoid the cost of a visit, telling us that the prior owners of the house had had him come earlier this year and that they would have uncovered the issue we thought we might have. I asked for help repairing my washing machine, which had stopped mid-cycle and would not restart. Chuck got back to me via email and phone, and suggested that it was likely the lid switch - he found me the exact part number, a video explaining how to access the faulty switch for replacement, and insisted I try to fix it myself before hiring him to help. It turned into a $15 fix myself, and my washer is back to working again. In doing so, I'm imagining Chuck turned down an easy $100 or so that he could have charged to do the service. Our Viking downdraft wasn't going up and down. Bryan knew right off what part was need and better yet had it with him. The report took minutes and now works perfectly! After having Thermador service come to the house - who tried to tell us the issue on our cooktop was not fixable and we needed a new one, we were referred to Anytime. From the moment Bryan walked in, he said he loved these older units - so well made.
