I asked for help repairing my washing machine, which had stopped mid-cycle and would not restart. Chuck got back to me via email and phone, and suggested that it was likely the lid switch - he found me the exact part number, a video explaining how to access the faulty switch for replacement, and insisted I try to fix it myself before hiring him to help. It turned into a $15 fix myself, and my washer is back to working again. In doing so, I'm imagining Chuck turned down an easy $100 or so that he could have charged to do the service. Being able to recognize an easy fix, and looking out for me to be able to save some cash, shows tremendous character and respect. Our Viking downdraft wasn't going up and down. Bryan knew right off what part was need and better yet had it with him. The report took minutes and now works perfectly! Chuck is incredibly knowledgeable about AGA cookers and told me that while I did need a new fan, I didn't need new lids or insulation which saved me quite a bit of money.
