It turned into a $15 fix myself, and my washer is back to working again. In doing so, I'm imagining Chuck turned down an easy $100 or so that he could have charged to do the service. Being able to recognize an easy fix, and looking out for me to be able to save some cash, shows tremendous character and respect. Chuck has earned himself and this repair shop a return customer, if and when I have an appliance break in a way I can't fix.

The first visit the technician tried a bunch of things, we settled on one fix and he left me a 30 day labor warranty. Since then, he's been out here twice...once by himself, once with two others. During that visit they spent 30 minutes on the phone with GE trying to get to the root of the problem, and all covered under this labor warranty. Definition of above and beyond. I really appreciated the effort. We think we nailed down the problem now, but I know I can reach out again if the issue persists.
