Welcome to mini-golf course #10! I said this once before, but Medieval Fantasy is now my favorite course so far this tournament. The only big steps are the ones to and from the course, so bad knees and backs shouldn't be a big problem. The holes are fun, and there is a lot of stuff to look at. The black lights and the squishy greens make it great for kids of all ages. Oh yeah, some of the holes have AC! I won a free game on the 19th hole, and my wife bricked it. Tried to find the golf spot that was the largest and would offer the best experience. Went with a group of five before 6pm and had a dollar off coupon which mostly all mini golf places offer. This brought the price down to $6 per player. The kids selected specific golf balls which cost an extra $3 each but they got to keep. Game lasted a while and felt like it was worth it. Played at another mini-golf course on the OC boardwalk and ultimately liked this place better. It sits up on the second floor and is both indoors and outdoors, but pretty much covered so you can get out from under the sun. What is unique about this place is that the two indoor sections of the course are blacklit. The course itself had some challenges, which made it fun, but not too frustrating at the same time. Price was in-line with some of the other mini-golf places on the boardwalk at around $9/person. Staff was friendly and course was in good shape. Definitely a fun family time! read more

Called and asked what time they close. Lady who answered the phone said they stop taking people in at 11 but don't close till 11:30. Drove 25 min to get here. Walked up the steps at 10:50 and was told they close in a few minutes and would not let me golf when I was told over the phone you could be there till 11:30. Very disappointing read more

We had a great time here with our three year old (who was free!) We came around 9:30am and we were the only ones around, so we were able to really relax and play at our own pace, but as we were wrapping up it was getting very crowded! It's definitely not rain or shine if it was really pouring, but it was good for a drizzle. The black light was a fun touch, and the course itself had varied levels of difficulty. Customer service was good and friendly and I even won a free game! Don't forget to check in and get $1 off per person! read more

My 7 yo son had his choice of mini golf spots on the boardwalk and decided that he wanted to go to the one with the dragon, so here we are. $8 dollars a game, you can purchase a customized ball for an extra dollar in which you can save money on your next visit. The place was a mix of outdoor and indoor with the indoor being air conditioned and has blacklight paintings of medieval themes. The family had a good time and experience. read more

this place puts the "evil" in medieval, and the "mid" in medieval for sure. My first imrpession I was greeted with was a "help wanted", let's talk about being desperate am I right(they weren't wrong tho?! Furthermore, this course was sup-bar(pun not intended), it barely reached levels for amateurs similar to my whole ass amateur son. My whole son could not even get the chance to display his bummy assskills because he could not even see the goofy-ahh holes. He was unable to stay upright on his gosh darn feet for more than 10 seconds, to be blunt he looked like a fish out of water! This "glow in the dark gold" was just "in the dark golf", no glow just pitch black(imagine 6). He could not tell the simple difference between a door frame and a window.(images 1-3). I was disappointed by the screaming babies on this joke they want to call a "golf course". I'm embarrassed for me, myself, and my whole son who had to be tortured by this hell hole, I felt like I was on death row! On top of this, we could not even keep track of our horrendous scores because they only stock jank broken pencils. On the other hand, the manz boul at the front desk was chill asa ice cube. I support small business, and as much as I'd love to add this to my 1 star reviews I'll give it a 5 star for my memories made here. Friendly staff, less expensive than some other places. Costs less to get a souvenir golf ball and if you bring the souvenir ball back on another visit they give you a discount. Part of the course is indoors and very air conditioned. It's also lit with black lights which makes the golf an extra challenge until your eyes adjust haha. My kids really enjoyed the glowing part of the course though. Bonus tidbit: They have a restroom easily accessible from different areas of the course. read more

This place is great. Half of the course is "outdoors", but really under a roof and gated in with AC. That part is decorated with medieval fantasy sculptures. The other half is indoors with heavy AC and has glow in the dark paintings on the wall with black lights. I am docking one star because the guy at the desk fortnite danced in front of us. Please note not to fortnite dance in front of the customer. read more

The course itself was so well maintained and not a single thing seemed out of place. The price was what is expected for the boardwalk but they also let my 3 year old in free. Medieval Fantasy Mini Golf is okay, the two employees working there when we visited were very nice and friendly. Also, the course is very well maintained and has a nice mix of indoors with air condition and black light and outdoor with roof over head (2 holes are completely outside with no covering) meaning 90% is sheltered from rain/direct sunlight. However, the course is some of the toughest mini golf I have ever played. The person who designed this course was in love with inclines some up to 45° which means if you don't hit the ball just right it will come right back to where you were. The final hole (ball return) gives you an opportunity for a free game if you hit it just right (I never said it was easy!) All in all, if you are going to play Medieval Fantasy Mini Golf be prepared for some tough mini golf with lots of inclines! read more

Great for little kids that just wanna play for fun...not a good golf course when you and your spouse and trying to win against each other! There's no rhyme or reason to how each hole is set up. It's like they made the course and just put the hole wherever they wanted. You would think if you hit the ball up a ramp, and it goes into a tunnel, it should come out of the tunnel as a hole in one...not in this course. And the inside is so dark that it's like hitting the ball blind. Dumb. read more

Very fun and quite challenging! Most holes were inside (air conditioning!) or covered, which provided a nice respite from the sun and humidity. The black light rooms were an unexpected pleasant surprise - something different on the boards. I've vacationed to Ocean City for almost 30 years, and this is the first time I've stopped in to Medieval Fantasy mini golf. It certainly will not be my last visit! read more

A great variety of (19) holes are offered both indoors and out for a price of about $7.50. Not too hard nor easy and it's fun for both kids and adults. Staff is accommodating and the environment was neat. read more

Simple mini golf. Covered area makes this a rainy day hot spot. Music was REALLY loud at the entrance (to get boardwalk attention I suppose) which made it almost impossible to even speak with the cashier. Clean and well maintained, but not terribly interesting as far as design or themes go. The space is very tight in spots so a group of 4 has difficulty when there are other players in front or behind the group. $7 a head, regardless of age, is about the standard in OCNJ, but look for their coupon, it saves a buck a person. There are other places with more interesting layouts or better design. For a place on the boards, this was OK. read more
