If you're looking for a butcher shop that both makes all of its own products in-house and always has a variety of products (of which varies from visit to visit), this is your place. They might have pork, lamb, or beef in any sort of cut (rump roast, sirloin steak, "neck slices", filets, bacon, varietal sausages and beef sticks, etc etc etc) and there's no telling what you're going to find here at any certain time. However, since students are making the product, it's usually quite inexpensive and always of good quality. Plus, all the meat is local, which always tastes better I don't care what anyone say. The bad news is that it's hard to find, the hours are extremely limited, and it's first-come-first-serve. Shop at your own risk, or just let me keep this place to myself.

I went to the butcher counter and told the butcher I wanted 2 pounds of lamb mince, and he went to grab a whole lamb, cut off the sections needed for the mince, and ground it right before my eyes ! It can't get any fresher than that. The chicken thighs were already cut and packaged but still look amazingly fresh. They have a small section of produce, huge amounts of tea from which to choose, all kinds of sweets and snacks, fresh flat breads, and so many other items from which to choose that I cannot even begin to name them all. Everyone in store was helpful and pleasant. I just found my new butcher shop for fresh meats!
