This place is amazing!! My son had the steak and eggs... It was delicious! The #2 was cooked just right! The staff was friendly and fun! Seafood was fresh!!!!

I have been here a couple of times and have enjoyed my time every time. The food is amazing (coming from a person that loves Portuguese food) lol. It's very laid back and quiet . Very chill so you get to eat and talk and actually hear the person talking to you . When you come or anytime you go out to eat Portuguese make sure to come hungry. As they are known to have huge portions of food. The food is very well seasoned and flavorful. Seafood and garlic is there specialty. Nice family time or a quiet dinner with your significant other

Very affordable place. I got the parrilhada for $21 and it is filled with seafood! The taste is very homemade feeling and I personally love that. If you're more of a outside restaurant eater, this may not fit your tastebuds. The jumbo shrimp and steak is also very delicious! Mash potatoes are a slight bland but like I said, it's more of a home style taste. Super nice and friendly service. Flan is not too sweet and have a soft ricey texture. Overall, I'm happy with my visit.

What's left from a pitcher of Sangria. They have hookahs too!!

Food is more Spanish than Mediterranean. Salmon is fresh, moist, buttery & well seasoned (simple but tasty). Wife loves the Sangria. Service was very good, despite the language barrier (I don't speak Spanish and most of the barmaids didn't speak English). I was able to communicate with the help of other patrons). Place has a very familiar vibe, most of the customers appear to be regulars and/or well known, but still we were brought into the fold and treated like family. The owner is a nice guy, seated quietly at the bar observing, and you would have never known it until one customer pointed him out to us. They grill fresh meats for lunch daily, so I will have to try lunch one day.

On a second visit we enjoyed the chorizo, stuffed mushrooms and an exquisite paella. The pot was filled to the top with rice and every kind of shellfish including lobster. There was so much we barely managed half of it.

Food is good. It's authentic Portuguese. I like the grilled Bronzini. However, service can be slow -- especially around holidays.

10/10 we can't wait to go back and to try the Radnor location…read more My husband ordered the Old Fashioned and said it didn't disappoint; I ordered the Rose Gold because I love any cocktail with passionfruit. We came specifically to try the tapas and loved every dish we ordered. My husband's favorite was the Gambas al Ajillo. He loved it so much that he ordered a second plate immediately after finishing the first. I couldn't decide between the Bruselas Catalana and the Coca de Alcachofas, loved both, and would definitely order both again. The overall experience exceeded our expectations and was totally worth the visit.

The ambiance of Amada's is very "date night intimate". The lighting is fairly dim and the temperature of the restaurant is kept a bit warmer (the open marches concept probably also has something to do with that). It is tapas style so whole my boyfriend and I waited for the paella, we got a few plates to graze on. We started with a charcuterie with the jamon Serrano and manchego cheese. Im a big fan of truffle honey and you can't really go wrong with a simple charcuterie. We also got the setas and ensalada Verde. The mushrooms were well sautéed and the sauce they were served with was absolutely delicious. The ensalada verde was very much green heavy but thats exactly what we wanted. It was auite refreshing and the oil dressing wasn't overpowering the taste or making it feel greasy. The Paella we got was the squid ink rice - very flavorful. There was shrimp, clams, squid, and chucks of monk fish. It didn't feel like the seafood was skimped on. The only thing I personally felt was too much was the spicy mayo dallops. I felt like they made the dish feel heavier than necessary and overpowered the taste of the rice. The arroz con Leche was divine. Im biased because I love rice pudding but I think adding the puffed rice on touch was such a nice touch.

Parking…read moresituation, one-way streets, stuff in proximity and the locale being pretty close to the river seems to point to that. Kind of felt the need to put that out there, it's not really a suburban location. That said, echoing some of the others I'm reading snippets of, WOW to everything - the service, the food, the ambiance. It's got charm when you walk in, looks old but not dated. The waitstaff is super friendly, has some jokes, multi-talented (they brought out the guitar a few times to wish some other folks happy birthday), and knowledgeable. The food is really good - everything I tried was just delicious. For the table, we ordered some calamari and empanadas, and both were good. Drinks were also tasty - that sangria was really good, and the mojito (love that they had it available, first of all!) was also a hit. I would double-click on that sangria, though. For my entree, I ordered their whole fish, which was not only delicious but HUGE. I ate about half of it and was full. Then my friend and I split an order of limoncello cake (I think that's what it was), which was on point, and ended w/ espresso, also good. Overall, everything about that place was great, and when I mentioned a Spanish place in Trenton the next morning to some guys I was with, one of them asked, was it Malaga? That was just another great review, for a local guy to know what I was talking about just by description. Bravo, I think some of us may be back sometime!

Walked out full and already thinking about coming back. Definitely a spot I'd bring people to when I want to impress without overthinking it.
