To the Business Manager, You obviously did not at the pictures that I have of the jar and the label and also the description of the product off of your website and I also the screenshot of my order that I tried to make on the internet (I have done 20 times before) that wouldn't load. My conversation with your multiple rude condescending employees, that out right lied to my face and changed their stories and lied to cover their butts!! Talking to me as if I was just some idiot and had no clue about weed or how to place an order online. I have been smoking probably longer than you've been around. In fact you were the one telling me " that it was a hybrid but it was sativa leaning. You shouldn't be a Manager because Nowhere, Nowhere in the description on your website or on the jar or AlienLabs website itself says its sativa leaning Hybrid !! It says on all three that it is a indica leaning Hybrid.Nick shouldn't even have a job by the way he talked to as if he did nothing wrong. I asked him and double checked with him before I hung up the phone that I had all Hybrid or Indica in my order. HE PROMISED ME THAT THEY WERE HYBRID AND INDICA'S. Haven't been back to SF in two years and the dispensaries have really leveled up! This spot has amazing customer service and product selection. They check id when entering; accept both debit/credit card now too. Lots of varieties between edibles (drinks, gummies, chocolate), prerolls, flower etc! I got the last ounce of the strain I was hoping to find. They had several other strains that I would have enjoyed trying, but Blue Dream was the reason for going here. It's been a few years since I've emailed this sativa. I'm hoping it's as dreamy as I remember it was. I've only had the Colorado variant and then Los Angeles strain awhile back. So far CO bud has been the best for me but I do enjoy homegrown most of the time. The guys here were friendly and helpful. It was a nice place in a pretty heavy homeless zone. Came to this spot around the corner and was met with excellent customer service. They let us in immediately (whereas some dispensaries have a large queue). Upon walking in, there were several digital menus on the wall that listed out the strain, brand, and thc percentage. We were specifically looking for a low thc, high cbd strain which we were sifting through the list to find. Customer service is not helpful. Something is wrong with website so they say use Weedmaps. Ok did that and then it was cancelled. Chat was useless. No delivery times and they could careless whether or not your order gets delivered. The delivery people have been nice. But that's really it. And the specials seem like a scam. Greenrush way better with their customer service even if they have a "tight" schedule they accommodate the customer. Medithrive used to be great when they first opened up though. The time your driver called 2:33. You called 2:38pm. 5 minutes after and by the time I came out your driver had already drove off. But as soon as I call back a second time around to cancel the order you helped me out real quick and hung up as quick as I can say anything else. Very unprofessional. But delivery can't happen until morning because - even though website says can place until 9:00 pm for same day - not last night apparently. Ok. We waited til morning. Called this morning to ask where is the order. Guy on phone claims they rang door bell, texted and called. Nope. We have dogs - no bell was rung I promise you. No calls. No texts. So when my hubby explained no, there's no calls or texts and delivery didn't happen, guy on phone says, "You can try again tomorrow. " and hangs up. Do not trust this place. This place presents itself as a high end good quality dispo in the city but they pull scams just like any other trap shop. I bought 2 ounces one indica and one Sativa I asked their rep what he thought of the ounce Humble Cannabis Company packs, guy mentioned it was good but tried to up sell me to a $400 zip when all I needed was a decently priced good quality bud. I ended up buying 2 ounces: a SFV Sativa and Wedding Cake. I literally died as I opened the opaque bag seeing nothing but BROWN, BUSHY, old moldy weed. The wedding cake was just the same but STALE! I can't even make edibles out of this crap it's the WORST ounces I've ever seen. I called to let them know because I work in the industry and care about consumer experiences I have never seen anything this bad. Victor the manager said "sorry you picked our cheapest pack the quality isn't there and offered 10% off another purchase. Are you kidding me? Why would you even sell this? The shop is closed. You can only order online or pick up. Most bags come closed and you cannot see your product in most of their prepackaged bags. So not only can we not see or smell what we're buying but we're suppose to be okay with being told sorry you picked the wrong one and be out $500+??? Avoid this place.
