I don't know what happened to this company. My first experience nine months ago was great. I gave them five stars. My recent experience was terrible. First of all, I wasn't able to order online. I wasted a lot of time trying to figure out why my order wasn't going through. Finally I decided to call them and place an order over the phone. When I told the woman about my issues with the website she informed me that they were in the process of changing their site and the current platform was buggy. Ok. I placed my order, hoping to receive it that evening. But she told me I had missed the cut-off and I'd have to wait until the next day. Ok. Then I got a text saying they were out of one item but could substitute something similar. Ok. Then I got a text asking me to upload a picture of me holding up my ID, even though I was in the system already from my first order. Ok, did that. The next day I arranged my schedule to make sure I was home during the delivery window. It came and went. I called Foggy Daze several times over the next hour and got their answering machine, even though it was still within their business hours. Finally I thought to text the number that had asked for my ID. It went to a third part delivery service called Sticky Thumb. They informed me that: "We got a text today saying 3 out of 4 of the items were unavailable and they were going to reach out to cancel. As of about noon I was told that it was cancelled. They are going through the process of updating the menu and then should be up to date soon. Sorry for miscommunication foggy daze said the order was cancelled" I never heard anything from Foggy Daze. It was a frustrating experience and a waste of time from beginning to end. Never again. read more

Their selection of flower is great and with Evrett picking out what hits his shelves, you can be sure they will be outstanding. They don't have pax pods so if you're that type of smoker I can imagine you being underwhelmed, but that's not you dear reader? You know and love great flower so you will appreciate the fact that Evrett has been in the business for years and knows his flower. Reading through the descriptions for each strain you can tell they are extremely particular about what farms they work with and what flower they get. The selection ranges from top shelf to more affordable stuff, but there's no wrong choice here. As for the staff, I've had very short interactions with them, you know due to SIP, but so far everyone has been polite, kind and easygoing. They also wear their masks and gloves so you know these people are concerned with your wellbeing. Overall, this is an amazing business and we need more like them in SF. I love these guys. Unlike every other store/service I have checked out, the extra fees/taxes/etc are INCLUDED in the price of the product. For example, their Kiva bars are $25. And when you check out, there's the city sales tax and THAT'S IT. Most places will add on a delivery fee, excise taxes, etc. so you end up paying $37.42 for a $25 purchase. Not here!
