I was also told that there was some sort of "graduation" ceremony during your last post surgery appointment with the surgical staff but that wasn't actually a thing. If you go in there asking for something and he doesn't think it's needed or perhaps isn't the best fit for you, he will tell you. I went in wanting botox, he refused because the natural arch in eyebrows is very high, he told me I'd be walking around with a constant look of surprise on my face because the botox would pull them eyebrows up further. Then he talked about better options for me. Another thing I love about Dr Dorner is that he's a perfectionist in everything he does and he's not satisfied until he knows you look your best. His staff is amazing too, you won't be disappointed! If procedures aren't your thing, his Anesthetist, Christine does amazing work. When I saw her I was amazed at all the options out there - Facials, chemical peels, broadband light therapy, microneedling, cool sculpting, microblading, Ultherapy and other options too numerous to mention here, she's so knowledgeable and will take the time to explain options that are best for your skin. I can literally pinch and move the implant because it feels like it's floating inside the pocket instead of being properly supported. My breasts are heavy, painful, and the result is nothing like what I wanted or discussed. Before surgery, I chose 485cc implants and showed multiple inspiration photos. At no point was I told a lift would be required to achieve those results. Only after I raised concerns about the outcome was I told my "natural anatomy" meant I needed a lift all along. If that had been disclosed up front, I could have made an informed decision. I paid about $8,000 for my original surgery, and when I came back unhappy with the results, I was quoted an additional $17,000 to correct it. That is more than twice the original cost just to address issues I believe should have been discussed or prevented from the beginning. This has been emotionally draining, and financially stressful. I feel I was not fully informed before surgery and not supported after complications arose. After seeing how the situation was handled, Im truly disappointed, I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone looking to get cosmetic surgery, to be unhappy with the results is one thing but to be charged an arm and a leg to fix a problem that could have addressed prior to anything is crazy. I was encouraged to try half of an implant and that after three months I would have the other half inserted. I was looking to help with sleep, weight and energy. All things I was promised I would see results for. After two weeks, I started my period after 13 years and was very upset. I called and was encourage to allow the three months. I called another time because of other side effects that were opposite of what I was looking for. I then cancel before the three month follow up and the other half of the implant. I still was charged for several months and when I realized, I called to be told it would not happen again and that they could see I never received the other half. Here we are again this month and they are charging me. My husband spoke to Steve in billing who told me before that I would not see charges, now is saying I still owed for the whole implant. I was falsely encourage my the doctor and owner to try the implant for the first three months even after having second thoughts. I had a bad vibe then and spoke to my husband but being so desperate to feel better, went against my self and husband to do it anyhow. I wrote Ivette at Restorative Health and asked for a refund as I'm not able to continue treatment. It's been a couple of weeks and I still haven't received a refund. I paid $3000 up front on an American Express but when it's time to do the right thing and refund a patient that should have never been given the treatment, no refund. Don't go here. If you're paying, you'll get a lot of attention. The minute you stop, you're forgotten. Be careful. The hormone therapy isn't reversible.

The bridge between my eyebrows still has a wrinkle and somehow made a new wrinkle after the treatment! Maybe it's because he's a psychiatrist with a record! When the procedure was done, he told me to come back in 10 days for a follow. I received 6 text messages from their office with 2 different dates and 3 different times then what I was scheduled at. So I went to the latest text message that had the date and time that I confirmed. Of course when I arrived at my scheduled time, the office was closed. There was no notification of it being closed nor did I receive any calls to reschedule. It's now been 4 days later and still nothing from the office! Don't waste your money here!!
