I almost required a medic to treat my anxiety just reading the reviews prior to visiting this clinic. I have nothing bad to say about this place because the doctors, nurses & staff were nice. I visited during the worst times, a pandemic, and they managed visits as best they could and I think the check-in system works pretty darn good. For my multiple visits I checked in from my vehicle in the parking lot using the automated system and waited at worst 15-20 mins but if that's long it's only because I arrived 15 mins early for each appointment and was inside within 10 mins of my actual appointment time. Masks are required and hand sanitizer is available within the facility if needed. There's never really more than a dozen patients in the building, that I saw personally or crossed paths with. Specialists I was treated by (two of them) were both great! Nurses were great and even the staff when I inquired if I should just be seated and wait were nice in directing me. I wish more people that are satisfied with this place would share their experiences because it would have greatly reduced my stress levels prior to my visit from reading all the bad reviews. If I require major treatment in the near future, I hope my experience continues to be positive. Maybe your milage for satisfaction varies based on the specialist you need but the hand surgeon and neurologist I had seen were awesome.

The Nurse Practitioner refused to give me antibiotics, insisting my issue was viral. She told me to go home and use a Neti Pot and a humidifier. I did exactly that and only got worse. Went in again tonight. Another Nurse Practitioner. She wanted to know why I didn't follow up with my GP. My GP is an hour from me and I cannot drive due to the dizziness of this infection. She scolded me about this as if she were a school nurse (I am a 50-year-old woman) and resisted the idea of giving me antibiotics. This one told me to use a decongestant to dry myself up, contradicting the previous instructions to use a humidifier and a Neti pot. I explained that I have been living on OTC decongestants and antihistamines, as well as prescription pain killers, which don't help. The entire left side of my face was in severe pain, my teeth hurt as if someone was hammering nails into my jaw. The green snot and blood has only increased -- and she wants to send me home without antibiotics? I emphasized the pain I was in and she said: "I'll give them to you...this time." as if I were some drug addict looking for a fix. Are antibiotics the new recreational drug of choice? What gives? Why are these women so against giving proper treatment for what is so clearly an infection? One shouldn't have to beg for antibiotics!

I just had a back surgery and wanted a telehealth visit with th doc. Ms Frazier told me that since I hadn't seen the doc ( my PCP) I had to come in person per policy. I emphasized that I cannot move and asked her to look into making an exception. She got very short with me taking the tone of a kindergarten teacher speaking to a child. So, in summary, if you enjoy being spoken down to for daring to ask a scheduler--Ms Frazier--to speak with the doc about making a reasonable exception or some equally reasonable request then choose dr Gohel as your Doc and enjoy the condescending, dominating attitude of her head office manager. Lord knows how she treats waiters or others in her life over whom she has some kind of power--but hey, if ur into that sort of thing then you know where to go.

My son hurt his ankle and we wanted to make sure nothing was broken . It's very convenient. They can do x-rays on site and received the results via phone call within an hour. I also took him last month when he had the flu.. They have long hours and it's very convenient, especially on weekends I would go here again if needed.
