On the 7th, after my appointment, I had messaged my doctor asking for clearance for hearing aids and to investigate something called Type B. Applaud Dr. Lau for communicating effectively via the patient portal, and taking care of it right away. I went to this appointment with my mom, just so she gains a better understanding. Dr. Lau did a good job communicating with me about my past hearing test, and was able to put together the situation. He also used a microsope to look inside my ears for any fluid, and didn't find any. He also gave me all the information and prior hearing tests to back up the information. highly recommend Dr. Lau!

The Nurse Practitioner refused to give me antibiotics, insisting my issue was viral. She told me to go home and use a Neti Pot and a humidifier. I did exactly that and only got worse. Went in again tonight. Another Nurse Practitioner. She wanted to know why I didn't follow up with my GP. My GP is an hour from me and I cannot drive due to the dizziness of this infection. She scolded me about this as if she were a school nurse (I am a 50-year-old woman) and resisted the idea of giving me antibiotics. This one told me to use a decongestant to dry myself up, contradicting the previous instructions to use a humidifier and a Neti pot. I explained that I have been living on OTC decongestants and antihistamines, as well as prescription pain killers, which don't help. The entire left side of my face was in severe pain, my teeth hurt as if someone was hammering nails into my jaw. The green snot and blood has only increased -- and she wants to send me home without antibiotics? I emphasized the pain I was in and she said: "I'll give them to you...this time." as if I were some drug addict looking for a fix. Are antibiotics the new recreational drug of choice? What gives? Why are these women so against giving proper treatment for what is so clearly an infection? One shouldn't have to beg for antibiotics!

I just had a back surgery and wanted a telehealth visit with th doc. Ms Frazier told me that since I hadn't seen the doc ( my PCP) I had to come in person per policy. I emphasized that I cannot move and asked her to look into making an exception. She got very short with me taking the tone of a kindergarten teacher speaking to a child. So, in summary, if you enjoy being spoken down to for daring to ask a scheduler--Ms Frazier--to speak with the doc about making a reasonable exception or some equally reasonable request then choose dr Gohel as your Doc and enjoy the condescending, dominating attitude of her head office manager. Lord knows how she treats waiters or others in her life over whom she has some kind of power--but hey, if ur into that sort of thing then you know where to go.

My son hurt his ankle and we wanted to make sure nothing was broken . It's very convenient. They can do x-rays on site and received the results via phone call within an hour. I also took him last month when he had the flu.. They have long hours and it's very convenient, especially on weekends I would go here again if needed.
