The price is incredibly fair and they are a brilliant distinctions (now Alle) provider. They are following all COVID protocols to a T** Kaitlin was attentive in what I was looking to achieve, what I was nervous about and addressed everything and explained what she thought was best to achieve my goals. You can tell just by how she speaks that she is incredibly educated and experienced in what she does and also passionate about her clients. Added bonus, she was also just super nice and cool to talk to! The entire staff is trained by the well respected surgeon, Dr. Russo of Newton and you can tell he holds them to a high standard of excellent service. I know someone new injecting something into your face is scary but I would 11/10 recommend Kaitlin and Laser MD to anyone in the area.

My tattoo was ruined when I got laser hair removal here. When Rose went over my tattoo I told her it hurt a lot and she denied that she made a mistake and went over my tattoo. It burned soooo badly but Rose still acted as if nothing was wrong. Rose ended up calling me and leaving me a voicemail apologizing for going over my tattoo. But she never admitted to her mistake or said sorry to me in person. The next few weeks I continued to take pictures of my tattoo and sent them to the manager. My tattoo was ruined because the laser hair removal machine is not supposed to be used over tattoos. Management handled this incident terribly. They originally told me they would take care of the cost for fixing my tattoo. I saw a few tattoo artists and they said they won't tattoo over fresh burns. So I waited 2 years to finally get it fixed. I reached out to management again and they have been consistently ignoring me. To make my experience even worse, every time I had an appointment, I had a different person. This place is not organized at all and there was zero communication between each other. So each session they were using the exact same settings. So laser hair removal didn't even fucking work for me. All I got out of this place was a ruined tattoo. Do NOT go here for laser hair removal unless you want to waste a ton of money. I waited a long time to post this review- I wanted to write this as soon as the incident happened but I decided to give this company a chance to make things right with me. But they have been ignoring me for months now and refuse to pay me for the tattoo that I had to get fixed.

I didn't see any wheelchair accessibility for a second floor. I had to walk upstairs. Maybe there's an elevator but it's clearly not located anywhere or where anybody can see it lol. It felt... Corporate? High cell tactics a little pushy. The girl who met with me clearly, had super plump, her lips up with her plumping medication or gloss right before she met me, and made sure her skin looked absolutely flawless before she met with a potential client. It just seemed very hard, Cell. I decided that I would ask information, but I would not be using their services because she seemed kind of pushy about their membership. Mind you, I had made this appointment a while ago, but they had to change it because something had happened with her son that she needed to pick him up and couldn't stay in the office, so I graciously changed the date which was fine. That happens to everyone. She kept pushing at the appointment to start procedures that I had been inquiring about. I wasn't ready to do that. I needed to ruminate. And decide if I wanna move forward. All in all, I think if you want this type of service in a place that allows you a monthly membership, this might be for you, it was not for me.

For "What's Hot" and "What's Not", most of what my original review is the same. However.... What's Hot - Quality. I'll add that Talita's method and style of massage was an improvement from my original masseuse. To be fair, I'm picky about my massages, but Talita appears to be better than my original masseuse. If you do need a massage, I recommend Talita, especially because I haven't had massages from any other staff. - Customer service. This place has very good customer service and appears to be more attentive to their customers' needs and issues. Had the pressure of Talita's massage been a bit better, more focused, and more in tune with the knots and tension in my body, I would give this place a 4, maybe 5-star rating. Coming across a business, where management individually follow up with customers is not common and a business quality I very much appreciate. It shows a care and understanding that not many businesses have, which is why I wish I could give them a higher rating. What's Not - Quality. Unfortunately, I still had some tension and knots when I left the 30 minute massage. To be fair, Talita didn't give me a bad massage, but I've had better. I definitely appreciate it when a masseuse asks about my problem areas, and then use that feedback to focus during the massage. I've also had masseuses who spend a good amount of time in specific areas and tell me they can feel the tension and/or knots, either during or after the massage. Again, not bad, but I've had better massages. Final Answer - Not bad, but may not be my top choice to return for massages.

I have suffered from acne since teen and they were able to solve my problem with treatments, facial laser for acne and peels, as well as recommending me their medical grade products which are beyond perfect! I love Jazz to do my facials and eyebrows, she is knowledgeable and has the best hands for extractions.

I chose the associate I'll refer to as E because of how terrific she is and the rapport she's built with me over the past few years. I've been a loyal customer in Burlington for three years, and E has always been my favorite. She's upbeat, friendly, remembers me, and is exceptionally skilled--efficient, professional, and virtually painless. That's why I was both surprised and disappointed to learn today was her last day. She was let go with less than two weeks' notice--not for the quality of her work, but for not meeting product sales quotas. I've purchased annual wax packages for seven or eight years, but this will be my last. Across multiple locations, I've seen a pattern of poor employee treatment. Sales quotas should never come at the cost of retaining top talent. If a company is losing great employees like E over product sales, the problem isn't the employees--it's leadership. If European Wax continues to prioritize short-term sales over long-term customer loyalty, it won't just lose great employees--it will lose customers like me. By the way, my first postpartum wax was a positive experience thanks to E. She is outstanding!

My first wax (Brazilian) at this location was with the same person as today. I had chosen this waxer my first time due to her bio about her years of experience and care for attention to detail. My first wax she had left a significant amount of hair and it felt kind of rushed. I was honestly not happy when I was greeted by the same waxer again today as I feared I would go home with the same result. I of course was left with lots of hair and wax residue. The appointment is supposed to be 15 minutes and I was out of there in under 10... I feel very let down due to the fact that this person had yet again left me with a significant amount hair and rushed through the service. How could you let a client walk out knowing damn well you left loads of hair after the service is "all done". Is that how you would want to be waxed?! The waxer was very nice but she does not seem to care if she gets all of the specific areas that you book. Her bio is far from correct as she doesn't pay attention to detail. If I wasn't in a time crunch due to a trip I would have left and rebooked with someone else.
