My doctor (Dr. Rajah Din) especially had excellent bedside manner; exceptionally compassionate and informative. My only problem was the billing. I got a bill from loddy doddy and everybody. Anthesis, facility, Dr. Din ( his office continues to harrass me about $13...Of which I have paid more than once. In fact the Endoscopy Center owes me a large refund. They muscled me out of over $1,300 the day of my procedure. What was I gona do...already cleaned out and ready to go. My insurance paid again. ....now it has been weeks and still no refund.....just someone will be in touch with you soon.

My wife asked a nurse about the doctor and slow service the nurse told her " if you don't like the service here you can leave " in an insulting manner . We left and got my tetanus shot at a grocery store pharmacy without having to wait. Other patients with young children with fevers , etc also spent a long time to be seen. I call the Rockville office, and I'm redirected to an operator who doesn't work for any of the offices, but she tells me to wait until 9:00. Ok. I wait until 9:00. A woman in scrubs arrives. She doesn't have a key to the office. I ask her if this is normal. She says she doesn't know because she works for another doctor in the same office. Uh huh. A man arrives around 9:05, who I assume is Dr. Shpak, with whom I have an appointment. He points to the office door but doesn't say anything. He stands in front of the door to wait with the woman in scrubs. I guess he doesn't have a key either. Is this even a real doctor's office? If so, it is neither professional nor accountable. I made an appointment here two hours ahead of time and I was seen five minutes before my appointment time. I spent about a half hour in the waiting room after checking in, but I was early, so it wasn't a big deal. My nurses and practitioners were all kind and understanding. They kept testing until we found the root of my issues and made sure I understood the severity of my condition. They also kept me in care until my fever went down. I'd recommend this place to anyone in need of urgent care. It's not glamorous, but I was given the care that I needed.

After being taken back the medical assistant draws my blood and I don't see her again.. the poor NP student was the one that had to enter all of my history & medication into the EMR system. I felt so bad for her. They know that the medical assistant should have had that taken care of before the NP student came to see me. I felt they were taking advantage of her like many employers do to students on internships. The NP student was very kind. She was very knowledgeable. She's the first to ever mention an issue that has been looked over by physicians for years. She was great. Dr. Stoll walks in after my time with the NP with samples of new medication to give me. I kindly declined them... no thanks to new medication I didn't ask for nor needed to change. She seemed as if she trusted the NP (which I did too) and so there wasn't much to the visit with Dr. Stoll. Unfortunately, I won't be back. I do not want to seek care there again...
