Notified me mid-July the physician had left and we rescheduled with another physician in the same month. The afternoon before my appointment I was notified that the physician left on a medical emergency and to call back as they had some appointments available. Well, next appointment available as a new patient (and though I have been waiting for months) I was told would be pushed out to July of the next year (2027); eleven (11) months away. They said well all new patients are being scheduled that far out. I said, "I had two scheduled appointments that the office canceled." CRICKETS!

I received a phone call today-- Oct. 6th, stating the office had made a mistake and they'd have to reschedule my appointment. The woman -- the office manager-- said to hold on while she looked for an alternate date. I held on for five minutes and then hung up. About 20 minutes later, I called the office back and was told that their Rosedale office doesn't open until 9, so the earliest appointment I could get was in February. The people are kind and wonderful, but the reservation system is flawed to have as many "reservations " per hour and walkins. Call them reservations or appointments; they are the same thing. There has been a change in how they handle their reservation system. They used to be my go to urgent care, but not after today. No improvement for longggg waits. Look at your reviews from 4+ years ago and then look at current reviews. Something needs to change.

I thought it was just the person who initially checked me in, but the two people I saw after that were just as bad. If you can put up with them, you will see an excellent doctor, I don't know why they have to be so unfriendly! I saw Dr. Halvorson for a full body skin exam and a consultation on hyperhidrosis which has been extremely troublesome for years. A couple of painless biopsies later, he made a recommendation for a simple under arm treatment for the hyperhidrosis and the results have been amazing! Highly recommended!
