I was…read moreabsolutely berated by the technician Cathy/Kathy that was doing the mammogram, to the point that I left sobbing. I have never been treated so poorly at a medical office. I already followed up with the Office Manager and voiced my concerns, and she was responsive and understanding. A few details: I called a week before my appointment to have 2 accounts(married/maiden name) merged and that didn't happen/didn't show on Cathy's end so she didn't see my prior imaging. Besides that, she told me they will refuse to read my imaging since I didn't have them sent over *before* my mammogram, which is not true per the office manager. She also told me it was my responsibility to get all of my imaging sent over when that is actually dependent upon what Advanced Radiology has access to, and what they don't. I was going to just avoid having the same technician again but after talking with friends about positive experiences elsewhere, I will just try a different imaging center. The fact that she is mentioned in another review with concerns is very telling.

For the receptionist to call me and tell me i read the order wrong to her and o was scheduled for the wrong test when in fact she copied the order while i was standing there. Then i get rescheduled and i told the office manager who she transferred me to thaf i was not happy as i had rescheduled other appointments to the afternoon. And that i would be there at the new scheduled time. Not once in the conversation with either was it mentioned that my appointment was canceled. I went in person, on a guy feeling to confirm the appointment. I then learned i dont have an appointment. So the communication between staff and patient stinks. It was never like this before. I get the appointment being cancelled. But at least be honest about it and not give aome bs reason about rescheduling. If i could give negative stars i would.

I have had to go to this location twice in the past month and a half…read more One of my favorite things about AR is their patient portal. It allows you to see images and reports. So when you are having anxiety about your doctor taking forever to call you back, you can just log on and see the images! Even if you don't know what you're looking at. I like being able to have access to them so easily. The first time I went was for a CT scan. I went on July 3rd and obviously it was EXTREMELY busy. The ladies at the front desk that check you in are extremely nice and helpful. You could tell the entire staff was overwhelmed but trying their best. Once I got taken back for my cat scan it was very quick and easy. The technician did a really good job and made me feel comfortable. It took forever to get my results back but that could very well of been my doctors fault because the labs were up on the patient portal for me to see way before I got the call from my doctor. My second visit was for a complete ultrasound of my pelvis and let me tell you, they are UNCOMFORTABLE but the technician was fantastic and assured me she would do her best and I certainly feel that she did. My appointment was super quick and easy and since it was at 6:30pm on a Friday they took me straight back almost immediately. Definitely recommend this location. Friendly staff, excellent technicians, clean location and extremely easy to schedule with.

Advance Radiology called me to schedule a follow-up MRI appointment at my gynecologist's request. I…read moretook a day off work to go to the appointment. After changing into a gown and having needles placed in my arm, I was ready for the MRI when the technician informed me that my provider had indicated I needed to do the follow-up MRI next year, not today. I'm frustrated that the scheduler didn't check the date on the order, the front desk didn't verify it, and the technician--who poked me multiple times--didn't check either. This kind of service is unacceptable. Can you trust a place like this with your health needs? I am not !!!

I was able to walk right in for an X-ray with no wait time which was awesome! The front desk staff answered all my questions and was so nice. After getting checked in I was seen within 2 minutes for an X-ray and the guy doing the X-ray was professional and fast. I was able to make an account online for the patient portal and saw my X-ray images immediately after they were complete, and once the report is finished it will be uploaded to the portal for me to view. When you go into the medical building there is an attendant sitting at a small desk willing to help if you aren't sure where to go.

The people are kind and wonderful, but the reservation system is flawed to have as many "reservations " per hour and walkins. Call them reservations or appointments; they are the same thing. There has been a change in how they handle their reservation system. They used to be my go to urgent care, but not after today. No improvement for longggg waits. Look at your reviews from 4+ years ago and then look at current reviews. Something needs to change.
