My mom wanted a hot drink and also didn't want to feel left out of the boba drinking experience so the Boba Hot Almond Drink at Meet Fresh was perfect lol. Not really my vibe, but the drink had strong almond essence and was comforting. Pretty spacious, lots of seating available. Service was fast. There's more than enough parking available. 7/10 would maybe recommend, I'd need to try more drinks here.
Meet Fresh is a chain that specializes in Taiwanese desserts and drinks! This one is located in the H Mart Doraville plaza so there is a good amount of parking and lots of places to checkout nearby. There is a lot of seating inside, ambiance is usually quiet unless there is a family with young kids, and service was pretty quick. I got the Passionfruit Green Tea. I believe the sugar level is fixed, but I did not like my drink too much as it tasted a bit bitter and not too sweet. I fear I am all for artificially sweet drinks. I have tried the desserts before, like the shaved ice, but I am not a fan of their desserts as I think it tastes too herbal-y and traditional for me. I know a lot of people like Meet Fresh so do not let my review scare you. To each their own!
I've had this in Chicago and was happy to find it in Atlanta too. The cashier was friendly and told me the to go option was a bit smaller so may be what I want when I said I wanted the brown sugar boba milky shaved ice, but thought it was too big. He was right, the to go version was perfect. The dessert is rich and creamy and has multiple different components. It's hard not to finish it, but I thought I'd actually get sick if I at the whole thing. The shop is always busy and all the desserts look delicious! I will def be back!
This is one of my go to places in Doraville for dessert. I got the pudding and Q mochi shaved ice. It's consistently good and hits every single time! It's creamy, cold, and the mochis are perfectly chewy. I would say large is big enough to share between 4 people! The staff is nice and answers all your questions. They have lots of seating and great for big groups as well!
Larger than my head, I didn't expect how large the q mochi milk shaved ice would actually be. And yet, i couldn't get enough of the textures and flavors - the shaved ice paired perfectly with the mochi. Luckily i came with friends so they were able to help me finish this special sweet treat. I'd never had anything like this before, but I think it was the start of an obsession.
I love Meet Fresh and have been to multiple locations across the US. Love their tofu pudding. This location looks and tastes just like all the other ones. I was mainly disappointed by the wait. Ordered online and was there during the expected pick up time. Unfortunately I had to wait an additional 20 minutes since they were busy and apparently they did not even see my online order until I pointed it out and then they started processing it. I wish they compensated for the wait, it should typically be fast for desserts or drinks.
Meet Fresh is always a craving for me. I love the double taro signature. The mixture of the cold ice cream with the warm taro is chef's kiss. The grass jelly is refreshing paired with the shaved ice. The inside could be cleaner however, as I normally have to wipe down the table from previous customers myself. I haven't encountered a clean bathroom either.

I stopped by here with some friends after grabbing dinner at a nearby restaurant and it was the perfect sweet treat to end my day. Meet Fresh had a variety of teas and bowls, both filled familiar Asian flavors. I wanted to try out the matcha waffle but decided on the chocolate and it think I made the right choice. There was creamy chocolate in each crunch and the ice cream paired wonderfully. I also got a hot almond drink which was sort of a sweet milk. I definitely would like to bring it home and mix it with some espresso, but I'll save that for next time!
It was our second time here after the long outbreak. We ordered a strawberry slush with toppings (i forgot) and a fresh milk with taro balls and bobas. The drinks are tasty and refresh. We will come later in the summer to try the shaved ice. The waiting time is 5-10 minutes (a few staffs working there so it's understandable). read more

The taro ball signature is my favorite of all time the service is quick, and it's self service for the most part. The ambiance is a bit dated but it's a quick grab and go place too. Food is always 10/10, the taro balls are always chewy and soft! read more

I come to meet fresh whenever I'm craving a more traditional Taiwanese dessert that isn't boba (though their drinks are great too!) what I really love here is the grass jelly ice bowls and the shaved ice. The grass jelly ice comes with creamer that you pour in that makes it super yummy! There is something for everyone and in every weather though - hot silken tofu sweet soups and hot almond drinks for the winter, and huge refreshing shaved ice bowls with ice cream for the summer. They have the more traditional taro/sweet potato ball toppings that are super chewy and delicious, but also fruity flavors like strawberry and mango. They also have bubble tea and pudding toppings which are good. Basically whatever kind of dessert I'm craving, Meet Fresh will have it. read more
Tried the taro ball #6 icy combo which comes with taro balls, boba, string jelly and melon jelly. It is mostly ice but the toppings were soft and seemed fresh. It was a refreshing treat and nice when it's hot out. Located in the hmart plaza next to tea top and another dessert shop. Spacious store with lots of seating. Would come back to try some of their other items. read more

Was excited to try the place but got disappointed real quick. We order the taro paste shaved ice and a hot tofu pudding. Everything on the shaved ice was ok, except the shaved ice. When I have Asian shaved ice I expect it to be fluffy and for it to melt in my mouth. This ice was crunchy and not the experience I was hoping for. I visited on a Thursday night half an hour before closing. there were several parties inside sitting at the tables, and it was pretty loud There were a lot of people in line, so I went somewhere else hoping the line would die down by the time I came back. I had ordered dinner to go from the restaurant next door, waited for the food to be made, grabbed it, returned to Meet Fresh, and the line was as long as it was when I first saw it. They were about to close in 15 minutes, so I decided to wait in line while I still could. The line moved pretty slowly, which is usually not good, but it gave me time to pick which drink to order. I ordered the Tofu and Caramel Pudding Milk Tea with no ice. I guess the cashier did not hear my request for no ice, because my drink was full of it. I drank it pretty quick, but the ice still melted a little and watered down my drink. As for the toppings, I am not sure which one was the caramel pudding, because one felt like a mushy tofu, and the other had no flavor. I had a some of the white pudding leftover after finishing the milk tea, and I really could not taste the pudding when eating it by itself. The milk tea was fine, but I would avoid these toppings next time, especially when the drink was $5.67. read more

What can I say? This is hands down the best dessert spot in Atlanta. If you love gelatinous textures in dessert, this place will quickly become one of your favorites. The Q mochi is fresh, the almond soup is rich and flavorful, and the grass jelly is to die for. Service is great and the inside is meticulously clean and modern with plenty of seating. read more

Glad we stopped by here on our last day during our trip to Atlanta. We were looking for a something unique and we haven't tried before. We found this Taiwanese dessert place and ordered the Taro Paste Volcano Shaved Ice. The dessert is a little pricy but it is also huge. There were four of us sharing this sweetness. The shaved ice was a nice new experience and there were so much different kinds of toppings like chewy boba, red beans, caramel pudding and then topped with vanilla ice cream. I wish we had more time to try their other unique dessert. read more
I've been here multiple times but really haven't tried their milk tea because it's mainly known for their sharing desserts. I really love their iced bingsus! However, I got the fluffy jasmine green milk tea, and it was solid rich jasmine green milk tea but the "fluffy" part was offsetting. It was simply just topped with whipped cream, and I was charged extra for whipped cream. I wouldn't recommend any fluffy milk teas! read more

This was the first time I've heard of meet fresh and wow it knocked my taste buds out of the park! It wasn't too sweet which I'm normally terrified of! Texture and flavors are there, I can't wait to go back again! read more
Second time here- first time was for boba but it was very disappointing. Came here for shaved ice and they didn't have the mango or strawberry available, which is what we came for...settled for red bean but it was WAYY too sweet. Unless you're looking for diabetes, I would not rec. They had a cotton candy machine that i noticed a lot of ppl using. read more

Meet fresh has a wide range of boba tea flavors and shaved ice desserts. I usually get the oolong milk tea and it's pretty good. I also got the mango/strawberry shaved ice and they give you a large portion too! The mangos are super sweet and delicious. I appreciate how spacious the establishment is. They have a good amount of seating so this place can definitely handle a large crowd. read more
The mini Q boba is so good! Definitely need to try it if you go to Meat Fresh for boba. They have a lot of different desserts, if I had time to dine in I would've tried their shaved ice. The service was quick and they were very covid safe. They had wipes for people to use and hand sanitizer. read more
Overall...very delicious and refreshing! Service: they do a great job of repeating out your order to ensure they have it all correct! Staff isn't the overly talkative type. They seem very "by the script" and will just point out what their most popular dessert items are. No complaints since I mainly come here to meet up with friends and eat some dessert Food: the icy taro bowls are amazing! You get these very unique toppings that you can't find elsewhere. The shaved ice they have is HUGE so I highly recommend coming in with ~4 people to try and finish out. I wish they would have different sizes instead of just one set size since I do like their shaved ice, it's just way too much for only 2 people to finish. The icy taro bowl #4 (red beans, taro, boba, taro balls, shaved ice) is enough for 2 people and super refreshing! I've tried their mochi Q and it's just alright. For their drinks, I can't ever complain I like what I get and I usually stick with it. Most of the time, I usually go to the stores next door for drinks, but every now and then I like to switch things up and get my milk tea from Meet Fresh. 4/5 - because I wish they had different serving sizes with their desserts, but other than that it's very delicious and worth a visit. read more
My low rating is associated with the service. We got the shaved ice with mochi and it's a giant tower of ice with a tiny scoop of ice cream on top. It is served on a plate which is on a tray. When we brought it back to our table and moved the plate the ice cream fell on the ground. Clearly it's not very secure. Anyways we went and asked if they could replace the scoop. They said no they don't replace scoops, that we would have to buy a whole other dessert and then my husband asked two more times and they said fine we will give you a scoop for $1. Bad customer service. From a flavor perspective, it was ok. Not enough milk on the ice. And the mochi was not the best I've ever had. I won't be back. read more

Ordered the mango green tea and a taro ball milk tea with egg waffles. The price, ambience, seating, cleanliness are all in place. I usually go to tea top next door which never disappointed me with their drinks but I'm very glad I gave this place a shot. Price wise, they are cheaper $.75-1 compared to the tea places nearby. Give this place a shot and I'm sure u won't be disappointed. If you like rice based desserts, this place will be one of your favorites read more
**Review is a 3.5** Meet fresh is a new Taiwanese dessert shop located in the same strip as tea top, sweet spot, etc. Having recently opened, my sister and I decided to try it out since neither of us ever really had these particular desserts. There was a line when we went but if moved relatively fast. While waiting in line, we both browsed through the menu to decide on our dessert. We wanted to try their signature q mochi pudding but unfortunately, they were out of the mochi when we were there. Instead, we opted for the popular icy grass jelly and the oolong milk tea. Several minutes after ordering, it was ready for pickup at the counter. We immediately dug into the dessert to see what the hype was about. My first thought was the level of sweetness. It wasn't as sweet which I definitely liked. Then I dug in for my ice and it was quite refreshing. We did forget to add the milk in at first but we could've gone on without it. We also tried it together with the mochi but it was sort of meh. I would rate this 3.5/5. There's not much to say in regards to the oolong milk tea as it's the typical tea that can be found in any boba place. I rate this 3.5/5. Overall, we'll come back again since there's a lot of other desserts on the menu that sounds pretty interesting. I look forward to trying their bean soup since I saw a lot of customers ordering them. read more
Meet Fresh is new to the H-Mart strip. We stopped by with a group of friends Memorial Day weekend after having dinner at Shoya (definitely recommend this place). The line wasn't long, but the menu felt extensive and kind of overwhelming for those who are new to Asian desserts. My friend ordered the Q mochi milk shaved ice and I ordered the milk tea with red beans. After you place your order, you're given a buzzer so you can find a seat and wait until it buzzes. It didn't take long for our order to be made. The milk tea with red beans was tasty. However, if you're expecting an overly sweet tea, you're not going to find it here. It was more savory than sweet. My friend's shaved ice was HUGE and was pretty delicious. We split it between 5 of us and still didn't finish it. The shaved ice was made with condense milk and oh so delicious. The mochi's were ok. Definitely good mochi, but not my preference. I felt that overall, it was an ok experience. I'll probably come back and order a red bean soup in the fall or come back for another shaved ice with a group of friends. The atmosphere wasn't cozy, but felt more like a hip cafeteria. I'm thrilled that Meet Fresh 鲜芋仙 finally opened in ATL, it's most Chinese/Asian childhood memory, though the brand is everywhere on the west coast and NYC. I've been living in the neighborhood since early 2014 (yea, Five Year Anniversary), totally witnessed the Asian food scene/landscape changing/evolving. The Doraville H-Mart was just a ghost town, beside the supermarket and Shoya. And now (early 2019), the whole plaza is almost fully occupied, you can not even find a parking lot on a weekend evening! That means a growing and thriving Asian community is RIGHT NOW in the great Metro Atlanta ( I'm also looking at you, smart GT, Emory, GSU and even UGA Asian students =) since the market needs keep rising, strongly. It is great that these new age/ concurrent dining concepts find their way here. I believe the Asian food competition would be a new fierce level. I've been to meet fresh in LA. Glad they opened up new location here in ATL. I always love this place. Okay so this place is specialize in dessert specifically Taiwanese style dessert. Which are: Shaved ice , red bean soup, milk tea boba, etc! They also serve tofu pudding here! Solid 5 stars! read more

Pros: - They have a huge selections on the menu from boba tea, shaved ice to sweet bean desserts. - Many varieties of toppings, my favorite is sweet potato taro ball and taro. - The restaurant is very spacious and clean. Cons: - Most desserts are lack of flavors. For example the tofu ginger dessert was bland and the tofu was not silky enough. - The shaved ice was not fine and taste like American icy snow cones. - Boba teas definitely can't compete with Kung Fu Tea's flavors. - The service isn't great. If one dish has a sold out topping, they remove the item from menu and not let you substitute even if you accept to pay more for additional topping. I also have same experience as some other yelper here, they make my order incorrect, but took my pager away so the remake item ended up waited on the counter. Conclusion: If I'm craving shaved ice, I will go back to Suno for sure. And I think Kung Fu tea still at the #1 spot for boba tea. Personally I wish Meet Fresh can focus on perfecting each dishes more, even that means reducing the number of items on the menu. read more

I heard so many good things about this place but unfortunately I was underwhelmed. I might have ordered the wrong things but the grass jelly was just mediocre- there was absolutely no flavor in the mochi and then I ordered the sweet potato drink and it truly just felt and tasted like a puréed sweet potato- there was no sweetness to it and the texture was off putting. read more

Came with a couple of friends and we ordered what we later found out to be the massive Q Mochi and Pudding Shaved Ice. I didn't love all the toppings, but I did really like the shaved ice and ice cream. I appreciated how well spread out the condensed milk was since that's one of my favorite accompaniments to shaved ice. And there was plenty of seating, including cute pods. Atlanta finally landed a REAL Asian brand desserts store! I've been waiting so long for their opening. God knows how excited when I saw the sign hung up. The interior is so bright and modern. Foods were exactly as same perfect as their other locations. The waiting line was so long when I were there on Saturday night, but moved quickly than I thought. Expected 20 mins to wait during the weekend. Strongly recommend the Winter Melon Tea w/ mini taro ball! Just the same taste as my childhood memories. Also Signature Icy Grass Jelly and Hot Taro Ball No.4 both are good options to choose. read more
Meet fresh has just opened up and added another reason to visit the ever growing Asian restaurant scene inside the Hmart plaza. It is situated between Tea Top and Sweet Spot, 2 very good and fairly new restaurants but I think they'll be giving both of them some fierce competition. at first look from the outside it seems like small shop but once inside you'll see that there is twice as much seating than Tea Top and just a bit more than Sweet Spot. They have plenty of tables for large groups so you won't have to worry about finding a spot to sit at with friends. The inside is very modern with beautiful wooden furniture throughout the place. Meet Fresh has a very large menu full of a different teas and desserts of which I've never seen or experienced before. Since Me and friend were just passing by the place we only ordered their teas. I went with the "Fluffy Wintermelon Tea W/ mini boba" and it was amazing! Meet Fresh has some of the BEST TEAS I've ever had. No joke, they were very fresh and had the perfect amount of sweetness, not too much or too little. This place is gonna be one of the best places to get teas and desserts in the Doraville area. I can't wait to go back and try some of their desserts as well. read more
